      And construction, real estate, tech support, design, financial services, some healthcare jobs, law enforcement, food service and prep, logistics, analysts, diagnostics just to name a few.
      IBMs watson is working on a lot of these and it's only going to speed up no sector is safe from automation.

    Her voice is very human in its inflection. The mm hmm is weird, and also there seems to be a rattle sound in the audio every time she comes back to the line. If you're not listening for it, I can see how the voice can fool someone who does not work in a call center.

    If that was a human call center worker, she'd be coached about that dead air.
    I want to see what happens when Mr Johnson interrupts her introduction and takes 10 minutes to finish asking his question because he repeats himself and adds a bunch of unnecessary details. What happens when he gets angry and starts escalating about that simple balance transfer taking several days...? Customers are rarely that easy.

      then it will evolve more. since call centers are in the Philippines anyway and many filipino call center agents gets flustered easily, it will still be close enough to pass as a human albeit a typical newbie type. the more Mr johnsons it talks to, the better it will grow. let it talk , learn, nd adapt to about 10 Mr Johnsons a day and it will be a perfect agent in just a year or two.

      Thank you for this input. Currently working on a model that behaves just like this. But I never accounted for dead air, I just figure whats there left to say. I appreciate your direction.

    The fact that the first ~20 seconds has zero audio is really disorienting. I looked at my volume, whether the computer was paired to a Bluetooth speaker, or thought that a headphone was plugged in, until I realized that there's no audio to play back in those first 20 seconds... Maybe don't do that on your next video. :)

      Nope they made a robot that can answer any question but it only speaks English

    I had a phone call with customer service and it was very similar.
    It was almost indistinguishable from a real person.
    But you just got that feeling that it wasn't a real person .

    Wow This is a very beautiful technology, this is a robotic program, hope that the time to come with this technology will be better and effective….maybe it is more effective in European countries, which I am from India, I hope this technology in India as soon as possible be effective soon so that the next work becomes easier and faster

    This AI "is precious". This is what Andrew Yang has been preaching before he brought it to Democrat debate stage but other candidates are clueless. He wants to bring back Dept of Tech, which was shut down in early 1990's', to address quick rise of tech is affecting America financially, economically and psychologically. Automation ML and AI is quickly displacing humans.
