And construction, real estate, tech support, design, financial services, some healthcare jobs, law enforcement, food service and prep, logistics, analysts, diagnostics just to name a few. IBMs watson is working on a lot of these and it's only going to speed up no sector is safe from automation.
Her voice is very human in its inflection. The mm hmm is weird, and also there seems to be a rattle sound in the audio every time she comes back to the line. If you're not listening for it, I can see how the voice can fool someone who does not work in a call center.
If that was a human call center worker, she'd be coached about that dead air. I want to see what happens when Mr Johnson interrupts her introduction and takes 10 minutes to finish asking his question because he repeats himself and adds a bunch of unnecessary details. What happens when he gets angry and starts escalating about that simple balance transfer taking several days...? Customers are rarely that easy.
then it will evolve more. since call centers are in the Philippines anyway and many filipino call center agents gets flustered easily, it will still be close enough to pass as a human albeit a typical newbie type. the more Mr johnsons it talks to, the better it will grow. let it talk , learn, nd adapt to about 10 Mr Johnsons a day and it will be a perfect agent in just a year or two.
Thank you for this input. Currently working on a model that behaves just like this. But I never accounted for dead air, I just figure whats there left to say. I appreciate your direction.
The fact that the first ~20 seconds has zero audio is really disorienting. I looked at my volume, whether the computer was paired to a Bluetooth speaker, or thought that a headphone was plugged in, until I realized that there's no audio to play back in those first 20 seconds... Maybe don't do that on your next video. :)
I had a phone call with customer service and it was very similar. It was almost indistinguishable from a real person. But you just got that feeling that it wasn't a real person .
Wow This is a very beautiful technology, this is a robotic program, hope that the time to come with this technology will be better and effective….maybe it is more effective in European countries, which I am from India, I hope this technology in India as soon as possible be effective soon so that the next work becomes easier and faster
This AI "is precious". This is what Andrew Yang has been preaching before he brought it to Democrat debate stage but other candidates are clueless. He wants to bring back Dept of Tech, which was shut down in early 1990's', to address quick rise of tech is affecting America financially, economically and psychologically. Automation ML and AI is quickly displacing humans.
@gridspace,we are looking to integrate this with our CRM,would like to know how could you help us.We have written several emails but there was no response to us.
I'm about to take a course in AI Marketing this is real guys. Take note that most of your top Colleges and Universities are offering courses and degrees in AI.
I like how people are like this can't do this or that yet. Yes and just a 3 years before this video it could barely responded to hi. And catch people name. So what will happen in another 3 years or even 9 years
Andrew Yang addresses this and many other topics. Trucking is being eliminated as well .
And construction, real estate, tech support, design, financial services, some healthcare jobs, law enforcement, food service and prep, logistics, analysts, diagnostics just to name a few.

Yang Gang
Crazy how Andrew Yang is the only one doing something about that.
RUclips Andrew Yang!
Right?!
Now RUclips Andrew Yang

The "mm hmms" made it sound like she didn't comprehend his request.

you would still be in the call queue with human agents

When will this be deployed in call centers?
Or is she out there already? ;)
It is out already
C. w. Which call center?
Can this do tech support as well?
Yes, it can!
This is a computer program? Not a real person? Wow that's awesome!
Yes, it's a computer program.
I’m glad people are excited about artificial intelligence! It is truly the best time to live in an automated society!
@@HardKore5250 On the other hand, it will bring about huge shifts and imbalances in the labor market, we must be prepared.
RUclips Andrew Yang!
@@GridspaceInc really great👍👍👍
Well is now Jan 2024 and it's called ai😊

@gridspace How many languages can this Grace perform?
Does this solution support other languages, such as Portuguese (Brazil)?
Nope they made a robot that can answer any question but it only speaks English
I had a phone call with customer service and it was very similar.
It was almost indistinguishable from a real person.
But you just got that feeling that it wasn't a real person .
Try talking with Grace at gridspace.com

If that truly is a computer...then this is freaking spooky. Wow

How do you sign up ?
I want to say that I’m shocked how natural her voice sounds, but this is what Andrew Yang has been speaking about #RUclipsAndrewYang 🧢

Pretty sure I spoke to one today, it seemed like it but I didn't really think it till after. It was the housing association I rent from.
Which software system is this?
This is Gridspace Grace.
Hey how to apply this in my call center??
gridspace.com
Is Harper Valley National Bank a real bank?
True future is not people calling "artificial call centers" but asking their phone to handle the transaction with better-designed web services IMHO.
I am a shopkeeper, and I want to use voice bot application, which can call my all customer
Can hv any app

my human professor told me life is a bitch... I don't think a bot would tell me those wise words lol
Python script ?
Guys take time to learn the technology as soon as possible. Jobs will be replace especially call center jobs.
Clever girl.
And you can even trust that rep. Unheard of

UBI NOW !!
Not long now, then it will be... My AI will call your AI.
It's already happening!
Andrew Yang is right. Yangspeaks.com
i wonder what happens when he starts cussing? 70% of customers are AH.
Mhmmm should be a-hauh
Omg
There goes my job!
There is something much better and more reliable than bank manager AI. It is called a banking app.
Wow, how many millions of jobs are about to be lost.
This is a bit unnerving, teaching AI to mimic a person seems like a bad idea.
There should be a LAW that requires AI bots to identify themselves as such. Imagine trying to subpoena "Grace" as a witness!
😂
