Hey, Nikkie! Now, I’m no personal trainer but I do know that often times if you’ve been exercising, but still gained weight, it can mean that you are putting on muscle. If you feel more toned, it’s likely that putting on a few pounds is just your body composition changing a little bit.
It takes a long time to gain weight from muscle gain. When someone first starts working out, it creates micro tears in the muscles (that's how muscles get bigger) and the inflammation within the muscles causes a very temporary weight gain.
Exercising has little to do with weight gain though. You'll never be able to out exercise eating too many calories, so losing weight is really about making sure you consume less calories than you use.
I really wanna see how her new eyeshadows will be like, I just wish her products suited every person, cuz so many black creators on RUclips have said that they don't feel like the brand is for them

I know that before the revamp Kylie Cosmetics did on packaging, the gloss would unscrew when carrying it in your expensive handbag and ruin said bag when it leaked out of the tube. I've had the bag, which I saved and saved for, professionally cleaned twice and it's still got a noticable greasy spot on it, and it's not usable. That soured me on her makeup.
The eyes looked so rough when she was putting on the black liner and shadow but it totally came together in the end with the lashes and glitter. Loved it!
I tried some of Kylie‘s products and the only thing i liked were the lipglosses. They were truly amazing and felt super comfortable and not sticky at all plus very hydrating but the lipkits i really HATED. Extremelyyyyy dry and accentuated the wrinkles on your lips and not comfortable at all to wear. Can really not recommend it disappointed me A LOT….

Body neutrality has helped me so much - not focusing on attaching emotion to the way I look but on the way I feel and on my health. You don’t need a scale or tape measurer to show progress - you’ll FEEL it. Just speaking off my experience ofc other people might love the frequent weighing and measuring idk
