What battery would I want for it? Its going to be my first starter Gun and Should I get the reccomended off of evike?

Get a 9.6v 1600mah nunchuck to start with a smart charger. Just be sure it has a small tamiya connector.

For sure. The main thing that people might have problems with is the awful battery storage. Besides that, it's great.
