Good morning
Nice to see Toronto at night as i dont see it at all😊. Kinda quiet for a Saturday. Except for a few busy corners. Maybe too early. Great job as always.
Butiful
Welcome back Sir .. loved the beautiful content video and the filming night catch downtown Toronto Ontario looks spectacular gorgeous .. Merci beaucoup from Montreal QC
As much fun as it always was ... great job keep it up !!
Nothing like the 80s
Yonge street is so sad on what it's become.
Just stumbled upon you and started watching your videos. Love Toronto. Thanks for these. Cheers, Steven
Nearly 20 years ago I booked a room at Holiday Inn Centre. Out the back was a park that I passed through to get to a very nice little store. And across Carlton I could easily go to the Bloor subway. With little research at all I booked a very suitable location for my first visit. While watching a video I remembered my entertainment was watching French language programs, something no North American city below the border would offer in a hotel. And on Yonge were very interesting ethnic restaurants. Well, Toronto doesn't rest much. The Holiday Inn appears many times larger.
Downtown Toronto no longer has much of a vibe and now feels like everyone is a tourist.
Disagree
That's some casual.........
i totally disagree
@@zigzag00honestly, it's really not what it used to be. Those born here 40+yrs ago get to watch it decline now. 😂
@@Gritt982 40+ years ago Toronto was filled with empty parking lots 💀 Torontos a new city thats only just been recognized on the global stage with many more exciting upgrades to come to make it even better while all you guys do is complain ;)
Great video.I am Your Fan.
Soliloquy aka Talking to yourself or thinking out loud is not a crime . It is a human right
I grew up here now before the decline started.
I say we build a new city, far away from this mess. The roads were poorly designed in the 60s for a fraction of the population. Toronto has 2 main arteries of highway going through it and they're usually backed up, imagine if a disaster occurred, would food be able to get in and out of the city or would we be doomed?

Looks like a ghost town. Yonge street used to be packed with people

Your comment about a grungy Yonge Street in the 80's made us laugh. You should have seen it in the 60's and 70's. Then you would know what real grungy is. But it was a place to be.
This is proof of how Toronto Ontario's DOWN TOWN has died since the80's and 90's Yonge street from Eglinton south to Bloor was all Club's with bands and REAL DJ'S KUDO'S and ❤ and thanks To all of you who kept us OLD SCHOOLERS dancing entertained and above all SAFE❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😊😊
Where is all the F" Great walkin. Rock n Roll clubs?Woth all the Great cover bands? Whatever happened to LADIES NIGHT on Thursdays at TGIF at Yonge and EglintonThank God it's Friday's the dance club etc The Roe hampton Place hotel with the HUGE DANCEFLOOR with the dry ice pn the stage (that made us cough😮😊🎉❤) but!! It looked awesome like some 80's video's when you were dancing oh and dont forget Hot Spurs at Y o nge and Eglinton I think it is a Mandarin now Oh abd the roadhouse on the corner of Mount Pleasant and Eglinton East of Yonge It had great bands and a dj Does any old schoolers remember it's name?I forget Oh and all the comedy clubbs West of Yonge on Eglinton When Yonge and Eglinton WAS UP TOWN 40 years ago❤😂🎉😅😊
I remember when it was ONLU called little Italy and the CHIN BIKINI contest on the ISLAND and The taste of DANFORTH❤🎉😊 BUT that was back in the day When city restaurants served REAL FOOD 24 hrs a day throughout the entire city with FULL WAIT STAFF Who were professionals❤
Come on .... life changes haven't we ... spent the seventies, eighties, and nineties ... from Gerrard,
College, right up to Bloor St... remember some scary times walking home in the early am .... as youngsters ... everything for a time and a time for everything ... can only speak for myself but on annual visits it's still one of the greatest and cleanest lge Cities around !!
Seems people prefer King n Queen street
It's truly sad and pathetic what the once fun and exciting Yonge street in downtown Toronto has become. It's a ghost town of it's former self. 😪
That is all weve have had cool and freezing morning's You people are not obviously up at 6:00 am in this past summer It was SO COLD!😮 My hands were freezing😮 It eventually warmed and the sun came up ABOUT NOON Just in time to BS about 4hrs of afternoon sun😢😮 Just a reminder for those of you OUT OF TOWNERS We had 3 full 24 hr days of Summer Throughoyt THE ENTIRE month of July that FELT like summer😮
Just like every other Canadian city with a young generation that doesn't want to share a public sidewalk, except preppier.

Basketball in Toronto is very questionable.
who is playing basketball there? and why are people watching?!... they should just allow the audience to play as the current players are terrible.
I'm moving to Toronto next year, this video makes me a little sad, sound pretty boring that this is the most famous street in Toronto on a saturday night. Looks like there's nothing to do unless go to a bar, restaurant or something. Plus everybody looks so normie, is this truly what it is? Even São Paulo here in Brazil has a lot of variety of styles, subcultures etc.
(Why is everybody watching some random dudes playing basketball? Or those are professionals? Didn't get it at all)
What is with people walking 5-6 people wide seemingly unaware of you walking towards them?? Rude as F#*k
Kudos to liberal immigration
What a crap street. Glad you walked it so that we don't have to!
Say Hello to everyone! It’s almost September.
The harvesting and cool winds will come soon!🌽🥧
