Ive found my system looses prime and i need to pump up with water hand pump

I'll need to measure the floor to be 100%. At a guess I'd say about 19mm marine ply but I'll need to measure up and get back to you.
Im changing the gasket etc on the hand pump.can you show the order on how to put it back together. Slowly..
Are you changing the diaphragm in the pump?
I haven’t done ours yet but I could look into it for you.
Thanks for this video. I have a question about connecting the pump to the tank - how did you do it? Did you run a connector off the hand pump line?
Hey Henry, I connected into the existing hose to the hand pump (now redundant)
You could definitely put a T connector in and keep the hand pump in the system though.
The other side of the mixer tap is plumber to the mains pressure line.

John Guest fittings and pipe is the way to go its how the do them now and its not that expensive

I was thinking of running poly pipe and some press on fittings but just couldn't find the time to get to a Bunnings haha
When you leave camp open your tank valve and dump your water on the drive out. Saves fuel / weight etc
