Review is great. BEST tip mentioned for me was Locktite 55 never heard of it and white tape is a prick!
In return for Audio /video switch lubrication long term fix use "Deoxit D5" Never RP7/WD40 which are great for bolts or a quick fix!

steven here from nevada usa on the non return valve do you disconect and replace pvc or reuse it making sure it don't leak?
Hi mate, Its John Guest pipe and seals with an 'O' ring, try to reuse first and if it leaks just cut off an inch of the end and try again

You should run an accumulater after the pump, you can lay it on its side. Major difference.

Hey mate, I've got the same pump in my van. I think I need to change it aswell, is there any simple reason I can't get hot water to come out of any of my mixer taps but cold works fine? Is that a pump issue?
Hot water system is working fine as far as I can tell.

Hey mate, sounds like there's a restriction somewhere, my guess would be there's a tempering valve underneath the caravan and it has screens in it and the hot side is blocked. Try that first 👍

how do I upgrade from the old hand pump sink to a 12v ? Cheers
If it were me, I would put a regular faucet in place of the hand pump type, and re-plumb it to the fresh water tank with one of these Shurflo water pump between the two.
Do I need to fill it with water, or will it self prime ??
They self prime up to 1.8m of head pressure 👍🏽
