Those vintage sound systems had two functions, a beautiful piece of furniture and a wonderful means of entertainment! Thanks for the video and also for showing the accordian door, I wondered if there were doors you could close, very nice!!!
Nice system...and I love that album. Had a Sony 260 recorder, same as your 250 but mounted in a portable cabinet with a 10W/ch power amp and two 4x8 speakers.
Man how much I loved the old Radiograms I had my late father's Shansberg Strauss upgraded rrecord player to a BSR and the wireless was checked over by my tech miss it should not have sold it a stupid move on my part
Greetings, Will you please continue making full restoration videos? The one I'm peculiarly interested in is the Sears stereo consel with all the Lites for the controls...
Does this Sony Reel to Reel have it's own preamp? I have a similar one but no preamp section and I have no amp or receiver with the proper tape head input.
I miss those beautiful console stereos.
Very nice!

Great Scott! Tweeters towards the outside please. Nice work, as always.

Beautiful. Congratulations. Thank you for posting.
Stunning system, I love the reel to reel deck, can’t beat them.

Nice setup I repaired the reel to reel back in the day the Sony is a model 220 preamp. Nice job
Building the system 😊
That console looks so up to date, sleek and modern. Sounds GREAT! PWG
Beautiful
We need these sets
Keep preserving
Great sounding and nice to look at. Tape sounds even better than record although it's one of the best turntables from the early 60s.
Scream nice custom setup!
SO cool! Utilizing the speakers was ingenious. Well done!
Spectacular
Great unit Steve , love it man !!!

Nice Job, you're lucky you got a 7 1/2 ips version of Herb and TJB, mine were 3 3/4 .

Yes.
Отличная система
I'm picking up a Philco console. Looks to me like late 40's or 50's turntable not working, but the receiver works. Any demand for these old parts?
On eBay maybe?
