      MrDupe haha. no. no they arent. maybe the tame ones are. the wild ones are extremely dangerous. beautiful...but dangerous. they demand respect. don't go and try and pet a wild one. because that might be the last thing you ever do .Im in Canada. I live close to the rocky mountain range. if you're in the mountains by yourself , you should always have a weapon or gun on you. there is also lots Grizzly bears and mountain lions (cougars) in Canada. Owning a real wolf in Canada as a pet is highly illegal. they are protected animals

      MrDupe haha its all good man! a lot of people dont know! And we dont call them Canadian wolves haha. there's no such thing haha. In Canada & USA most of the population of wolves are Arctic wolves,Timber wolves, and Northwestern wolves, all of which I guess are Timber wolves in some sort of way. the wolves in this video are nice because they were around humans their whole life and raised by humans. which you could obviously understand them being nice like a regular dog

    I was able to get close to a wolf in Alaska. They aren't as cuddly as the ones you are with. She wasn't showing signs of aggression but definitely wanted her space. I spent over an hour in her company and never felt threatened. They are truly magnificent animals. I even have a tattoo of her on my shoulder now.

    I am passionate about wolves and have spent last 16 years of my life studying them. I don't understand why people hate them so much. They are a much needed animal in the wild to take out the weak and sick, old prey species so only the strong survive. Hunters kill them and they are being slaughtered everywhere they live in the USA and Canada. I have fought for their protection and it has done nothing to help. Except for Alaska. I had fought against the top man in the USFWS Dan Asch for years and I knew Alaska was in big trouble with the predators being killed the so I wrote a letter to Dan in a comment section for predators there. A couple of months later I found my comment had over 46,560 'likes' . I got a message saying that Dan Asch had finally put his foot down and said " No more killing predators in Alaska " I think the government was trying to find a way to overturn his ruling but as far as I know as of this date his ruling has been kept. They are still using things like strychnine to kill wolves and my heart breaks for the predators like wolves who are dying all over our continent. When will people learn that we Need wolves and Grizzlies in our environment to maintain a healthy environment. Education is a must for people and I love your work and videos showing Wild Wolves in your sanctuary and how wonderful they are truly beautiful animals! Thank You for showing and sharing these beautiful videos of the Wolves. I hope it sends a message to those who need to see what they are really like. I can't thank you enough. Keep up the great work you are doing! Thank You 😊

    I love what you do. I have loved wolves since I was about four years old and I am 52 now. I believe that wolves are the most majestic of all of the animals on earth. I had a wold/dog mix when I was a young teenager. I was 14 and my sister was 3 and a half. His name was Rover and he was the best pet and friend we ever had. I have the greatest respect for nature and it's wildlife, especially wolves and I will always feel this way, so as long as there are wonderful people like you around to look out for them and take care of them, I will always be ever so greatful to you and the work you do. @katiest.vincent4283 3 года назад +2

      This wolf was raised by humans but suggesting a dingo could take down a grey wolf is absurd. Wolves weigh almost four times they do, and regularly take down moose, caribou and even bears. That being said I'd much rather deal with Canadian wildlife then Australian as I am not going to run into a polar bear in my kitchen. Not to mention sharks and crocodiles are far more terrifying then any land based predator.

Where I go, there is a lot more dogs than people and the dogs are all out wandering around. One day, I'm driving back to camp with my friend and we see what we thought was just a local dog trotting down the road. And then it looked at us. I sucked in my breath and exclaimed, "That's no dog!" I wish I had a camera with me. Beautiful black and tan markings and those stunning, golden, eyes. Huge!

      I live in Canada, just outside of Toronto. We went up to a place called Sudbury, which is about a 6 hour drive North from me. It was winter and Highway 69 is pretty desolate and dangerous because there are rock walls on both sides. We were driving a Chevy Tahoe and coming around a long corner. There was a large Moose standing right in the middle of the road. It wasn't snowing and we just missed it because we crossed over into the oncoming lane. Scary actually because if we had hit it, we would have killed it, but it would have done serious damage to our vehicle and it was a large SUV.

      Quincy Fitzgerald do you even know why wolfes are being hunted? It's mainly to keep the ecosystem balanced since they are predators and hunt colossall amount of pray. Not only that but wolfes are actually very dangerous to humans and especially cattle. Don't believe just due to these youtube videos that wolves are "fluffy super cute dogs". They ARE predators and they ARE dangerous to man, even though if they look cute and harmless.

    • @Metro605

      Fabian Nyström some people are so fucking stupid and put know thought into their accusations, calling people greedy for killing wolves

    • @fabiannystrm
      @fabiannystrm 7 лет назад +6

      ZeeZee Zputnik yes but because of other human interferrance the ecosystem has changed a fuckton. Just look at sweden. There is thousands of overpopulated wild boars thats eating the farmers crops and ruining their lives. A cutdown on the population would be nothing but positive. I'm not saying that humans need to alter every single thing in the ecosystem to make it balanced but we can improve it and make it even better

    • @fabiannystrm
      @fabiannystrm 7 лет назад +5

      ZeeZee Zputnik thats a fair point which i agree with. But it's not morally accepted so its not a possibility. We humans are overpopulated and stupid. lets just hope for the next plague

You don't have to go looking for comments by religious people so that you can try and tell them how dumb you think they are for believing what they believe. Get a life.

      @Joseph Smith so then were you ***triggered*** by the crudley offensive comment? You were making an argument for child porn and out of nowhere too, you could have chose aaaaany other metaphor but you choose child porn and by doing so, you relinquished every bit of possible credibility you had needed to sustain your defense. Go be a lonely atheist asshole but leave children out of this.

      @Ashley Spurling Joseph Smith may have been a little rude in his comment but he is correct...
      It is about time people stop believing in these human made fery tales…
      Wolves are so beautiful because of nature, period… Nature that took hundreds of thousands of years of evolution to create such a magnificent, intelligent family oriented living being…
      Quote: “Man is the most insane species. He worships an invisible God and destroys a visible Nature. Unaware that this Nature he’s destroying is this God he’s worshiping.”
