Gentlemen! It has been an absolute pleasure to have watched your journey and your product line develop. Also a small business owner, I have all the respect for you to have taking a passion and making a living out of it. I have demo'ed both the Sling 4 and Sling TSI at Torrance with Sling USA and these aircraft are a wonderful mating of all the capabilities that make a great aircraft especially the almost 4x difference between stall speed and cruise speed. Cheers to you all at Sling Aircraft for designing and creating great aircraft.
What makes the Sling TSi so special, and all Sling aircrafts for that matter, from Sling 2 to Sling High Wing, is Mike, James, Jean, Andrew and Bertus. Hats off, Gentlemen!
Great to have a video which I can share with people that don't have a deep knowledge of planes to showcase what a Sling TSI is all about! Great video!
Next year am definitely getting one
Absolutely brilliant 👌🇿🇦
Sling TSI is simply a fine machine. Hope to test fly and review this machine if its available in northern Europe?
Great video... thanks!!!... any chance to have a walk around of the HW???
Thanks so much for the useful information
Just I want to ask you about
4 persons with a full tank of fuel?
Very nice!
I need one in MN, USA so I can demo one! I've spent my entire career in aviation, but this plane really made me appreciate it.
stunningly indeed. Is it to buy or a project... :-)
This plane is accepted anywhere.
It has some good qualities BUT I watched Mike Ojo build his and after all that work, flying back and forth 'building' it for a year it ends up over 300k$ for a kit experimental. I submit to you that for your business to actually take off, pun intended, you need to build them yourselves, either certified or if FAA allows factory built experimentals. And I further submit that sheet and rivet is not great on form, aesthetics and is quite time consuming so why not develop a low wing composite aircraft. Perhaps with a single piece fuselage and single piece wing. With very few parts it must be difficult for FAA and EASA to be obtuse bureaucrats. With double compound curves, ala glider teardrop, a single carbon fiber shell could be plenty for form stability without baffles or bulkheads. I believe Elixir even has a pure shell wing. No interior structure and that's a one shot production. Single step production. Carbon pays for itself. Just be careful with it because it's unhealthy.
