It would be nuts if there was a wily castle and there was a room where you had to fight all 96 robot masters but 4 at a time and each game. They would alternate each time you changed your weapons.

Seems like you think most of them are scary, and that's not something you're into. I'd take Heat Man as a portable heater, I actually like putting my hands on metal lawn chairs exposed to intense sunlight in the summer, and he's cute and easier to reach than the other fire ones.
I'd honestly hang out with Cutman, he seems entertaining to be around, a lot of them seem to be. Gemini Man's face reminds me of older wooden marionettes.
Toad Man is based off of a toad, like the name suggests, not a frog. Toads are less slimy and live in places that are drier, but still moist.

Hornet man is like twice the size of Beat (and beat's proportions are like a 1m by 1m by 1m cube), which would make Hornet Man about adult human height. Unless he is made out of water balloons or something I don't think he can get smashed that easily.
