    It'd be really cool if we could buy individual panels instead of having to buy the whole case just to get the mint panels. I want to do the black case with the mint panels

      Right now there are plans to offer individual panels on the Cooler Master Store websites.

      That would be great. I'd love to have a second perforated side panel instead of the window to use the case as a HTPC.
      Can't really put audio equipment on the glas panel on top.

      The only solution I could think of was buying two, and putting one on ebay with dual tempered glass panels :D Seemed a bit silly though :D

      @@coolermasteronline yeah come on, this was 5 months ago and you still haven't do it. All you have to do, is tell the metalworkers to make extra panels, paint them, and sell them. This is not rocket science.

    My QUBE 500 arrived. Today I will transfer my build from my old HAF XB to this wonderful case. The only problem I will need to solve is where my water cooling tubes will exit since I use a huge 1080mm external radiator. I might run them through PCIE slots, or slightly enlarge a couple side panel holes.

    I watched another review of the case yesterday and they pointed out the various options for building it upside down or on it's side or whatever, that they found in the manual. There's sort of a gif of that on your website but I don't know if any adults have looked at it, it's not a good advert for that feature. You just see a looping gif that goes by too quickly to understand what the options are. It'd be easier to recommend the case to people, if you could show them an actual link to the pictures of layouts - preferably with a motherboard etc in it so people can see what that looks like.
    Looks like a great case, currently at the top of my list for future builds. I really hope modular, flatpack cases become normalised. It'd be great to see things like being able to extend the case in future e.g. make it taller, wider/dual compartment etc. Having handles for either end seems great to me because at my age and fitness, moving a relatively heavy case can be a real problem and it's mostly a lack of grip.
    I love the pegboard style of the panels as well, especially if it's compatible with off the shelf stuff from existing pegboard brands (including the dreaded Ikea). I'm not sure if there's any sort of common hole size? That would be super helpful to know though because I can't imagine you'll be making Coolermaster stationery pots or what have you. :D

    You should have included another steel side panel for those who want maximum airflow. Can't put the TG side panel on the back because you would see all the cables when you opt to put side radiators or fans.

      @@coolermasteronline that's good but grownups don't want the tempered glass in the first place. It's the equivalent of shipping e-waste like Apple's Magic Mouse. What I'd like to do is buy the thing, with just metal panels, and yeah, then be able to add accessories if I do want to.

      @@coolermasteronline Thanks! In macaron edition there are 6 panels and two dust filters for panels. Can dust filter from the bottom also be used with panel? Or will be possible to buy additional panel with dust filter?

    • @coolermasteronline
      @coolermasteronline  8 месяцев назад

      @@martydanny1 all panels and filters are interchangeable to their mirror opposite side. So you can swap the TG panel with the mesh panel for additional airflow. And yes, you can take the top mesh and put it on the bottom or completely remove it for additional exhaust performance.
      Hope this answers your query. Cheers!
