To push back on Jake a little on the topic of EU home advantage: Every single team EU is sending to the major has a british player, so all of them will get support. ITB are the most british (4 players and 3 coaches all british) but they’re an incredibly new team with a smaller fanbase. G2 have Doki (but also their coach Titan who does all of the call-ins and a lot of interviews) but are also one of the most popular teams/orgs in the world, especially in europe, so they’ll get love BDS have Yuzus and are probably EU’s best hope to go deep, so they will probably also get love. The only team I have my doubts about is Secret. Sure they have Adrian who grew up in england, but he plays under thw polish flag, and they’re not a team with a massive base of support
Just wanted to say I don't think you guys are too negative at all. In fact I think there are other casters who are too positive when dealing with frankly poor teams making questionable decisions. Takes some balls to tell it how it is. Keep up the good work!
Let's not act surprised by what Hotancold is doing. Let's not forget Hotn got dropped by DarkZero for poor play, got picked up by Mirage and was the best player in NAL for a stage, then got pickup by SSG until he was dropped again for poor play. Now he is doing it all over again. Hotn is a great player when he wants to be but the only problem is he doesn't always want to be.
Have you guys asked or been offered to work other bigger regions like EU/NA/BR and wouldn’t that help with exposure and making more events? Haven’t seen many casters travel to other regions except Kix, Interro and maybe Pengu.
You got G2, Liquid and SSG in phase 1. Winning previous event doesnt garanteed getting phase 2. The competitive integrity is fucked because some regions are unable to go to phase 2, not because one region is able in 1 specific tournament and not in the next one. Competitive integrity is fucked but we cant just change that if We keep the "T1/T2 region" Thing, witch a lot of ppl are fine with it
I’m a clown for saying this but m80 will make main stage, their roster is the best it’s ever been and they have 3 of some of the best European players in our time
Blast just simply want British casters for Manchester except the most memorable casters Interro and Pengu( oh and Dev and his duo). Hope Montreal will be different
I get how they want to keep pro-play and the rank experience kind of looking the same as far as a visual but they should take the Yellow pings /Z pings away from pro play and bring back cooking grenades.
cooking grenades was a bad moved cosnider Tubarao and fenrir were not touched, it just make def alot more stronger, they should have waited for that and not otherwise to nerf the nade
The entire way slots for regions are done for majors is garbage top to bottom. NA could fail to win a single map this major and receive zero penalties while Bleed could win the whole thing not dropping a map then fail to qualify cause Fury beats them in their home region. Complete stupid. It should be dynamic based off the results of the last Major with each region in addition getting a LCQ slot. That way your region does good, more slots (up to a max), your region sucks, back down to only LCQ Phase One slots for you. It is a shame you guys aren't at Manchester. My assumption has been that they'd take the locals to the region then flip flop between the 2 pairs from the off regions and it was now Dev/Mandy's turn? If that is the theory I'd hope Blast would tell you guys that. Also, why is Fluke alone with no Hap?
Why in the fuck did you guys not get invited to Manchester? Who can the Rainbow Six Siege fans complain to about this? This is a mistake by everwho is in charge of getting the talent invited
