Hello, Mr. I-predict-Fnatic-cause-they-seemed-promising is back xd. First of all, I love your breakdowns, just gives great overview about whats going on in all regions. So overall I wasn´t really surprised about the teams making it to Manchester, but after FNC lost to The Forgotten Days i literally had to change my background card ingame... However what I would say in terms of predictions is that Furia is probably gonna lose their streak. I think the meta shift has maybe thrown them off, as they were THE team when it came to gunfight-heavy play and agression, whereas I think as you mentioned BDS and FaZe have more composure for playing slightly slower, as it is kinda required nowadays. I genuinely think either BDS or FaZe wins cause they´ve got the most depth to their strategy and the best individual performers (look at Yuzus for example). As far as upsets go, I don´t think were gonna see a ton of them as a lot of new teams are coming in with their debut against very experienced teams, but maybe Secret could get a Top 8 or ITB maybe as they´ve looked really good strategically and in terms of teamplay. For Phase 1 i think surely G2, SSG, Liquid and Bleed make it out and the teams i realistically see in Top 8 are FaZe, BDS, Furia, G2 and DZ surely and considering matchups and which teams get more easy opponents than others, I think SSG, Secret, M80, ITB and even Bleed have a shot at Top 8. BDS vs FaZe final is what I´m calling lastly and I hope my comment was readable in the slightest xd
I genuinely think the potential is there for a massive run from so many teams. The Big 3 are ofc Faze, Furia and BDS but I think theres a good chance of M80 (I am a massive M80 shill incase you cant tell), BC, ITB etc doing really well. Theres just a lot of unknown elements
Team Liquid can honestly go deep, it's true that they were atrocious at the beginning of the stage but they have been changing their slow and outdated playstyle to a one that resembles the Furia playstyle (fast entry and quick map control and sometimes even flooding the site with a calculated rush) which has been the biggest obstacle for them for a long time...
Great breakdown. As I am always biased. I got G2 making it outta phase 1 regardless of matchup. In all tho I got Bleed, G2, SSG, and Geekay. I just don’t trust liquid at this point.
@@WokeSosaHonestly I kinda agree. Just mathematically, SURELY Furia can't make grand final again, after org change? Also they already won everything, do they still have motivation to win again? Same with faze. I feel like people simply pick the last event finalists because "they did it then so they must do it again". BDS is making me hella nervous as a G2 fan.
I take solace in the fact that even though they have been losing a lot, lots of those losses have been close so at least they're putting up a decent fight. I hope they're back in a big way next stage, otherwise no SI for one of the consistently best SI teams ever.

W takes, although Bleed top 8 would be surprise indeed.
In the future, you should break up long posts into paragraphs of a few sentences each. But I love the passion.
@@highgroundatz Yeah you´re right, gonna do that in the future, thanks for the reminder :D
bleed, talon, and bliss top 8 would be a dream. we need an apac win at an s-tier event at SOME point
Still a long way to go. There's a big difference between being able to hang and being able to take home the gold.
To be honest if the winner of this major is an other team than bds faze or furia i will be surprised
That seems to be the general sentiment
Beastcoast are the team to watch for me. I think they will either fall flat or make top 4 no in between... they're such an unknown quantity
I will be watching them intently. I hope they perform at least decently, and put on a show while doing it. Do you mean top 4 or top 8?
@@highgroundatz top 4 mb

All good points, I could go for some mayhem.

Yeah, lots of people have various strong feelings about Liquid, but I think the possibility is always there for them to make a run.
Keep up the content tanner! Just curious do you make any money from this channel?
Just a bit.

Don't we all

No CAG?
Let's go SSG
And I'm a BDS fan. I love Solotov
There's a long road and a lot of tough teams ahead of SSG. Think they have it in them?
I'm not delusional and think we'll win the whole thing but I believe we can get top 8 maybe even top 4 if our players show up for the occasion
Let's just say there aren't many SSG placements I would raise my eyebrows at.
Yeah they have the talent
G2 top 4, if they don't sell rounds they winning the whole thing
Are you riding the Faze, Furia, BDS are the clear top 3 train?
@@highgroundatz nah I feel like Faze or Furia are not going to be top 3 as a G2 fan, BDS is the only team I’m scared of

I mean, Faze is 13-0 on maps this stage. People aren't hyping them up for nothing.
I was really disappointed by VPs performance, they performed horribly and i hope they can pick it up

Being an SSG fan is not doing me well 🥲
Could be a lot worse brother
