This house / Mansion Tour is something, the biggest backyard I've seen under 10mil... Entertainment and movie room, basketball court with everything you could possibly do is just outside in that doorstep. The bedrooms are great, I can also say some of the bathrooms are actually huge...I cannot Imagine how many people you can accomodate using one lol and of course that views is always great within itself.
That kitchen is minimalist..I actually like the brown tone all over, it blends well with the walls, I also like the living room it is very spacious and just the white interior in this home looks so nice honestly.
I have to mention the Rooftop coz it is Also one of my favorites since I've watch many lol. I love the look and that views is super nice up there, you know the night shots would be pretty cool to see that as well. Amazing work as Always Darren, I've tried not miss any bcoz I know there is plenty and more Amazing things coming! Love it!! Great Tour, Thank you!! ❤️❤️❤️

Love the home, but as usual, builders don't understand that when you can afford a house like this you have MORE than two cars, usually many more. Makes your target market miniscule when you exclude all of the wealthy car lovers.
Something tells me you’re not buying this home, so work on being able to make serious inquiries instead how many cars fit in the garage of the house you can’t afford.

Totally agree with you. Incredible home but for all the ambience, the parking is no good. Why all the extra space in the back when they could make for a large parking court and multiple car garage. 2 parking will just not cut it. First thing I checked was the parking space and it immediately turned me off
You are absolutely right but it’s the city zoning allowing only 2 car garage max.. It has to be re-considered.
This house has the most insane backyard for an under 10 million dollar mansion I'v ever seen! There are literally mansions that cost 40-50 million dollars that don't have backyards that spacious. Great tour Darren!

He’s giving me anxiety by touching every piece of glass in the house even when there’s a clear handle to grab. My OCD is kicking in thinking of all the unnecessary fingerprints lol. It’s driving me nuts!

Hey Darren. I'm not trying to hate on your video, but could you do a straight walk through on your next video, an can you please rules out on doing too much editing? This video had too much editing and shows less walk through of this gorgeous home. I was confused on what part of the home where you were. I'll love to see more layouts as you do a walk through at the same time.
