If ignorance is bliss, that man must be euphoric
😂😂
Judge Simpson's smile at the beginning means "This is going to be a shit show" 😂
Yep... LOL!!
czar
The attorney's face when he said he's never been successful on probation 😂
“Never been successful on probation.” You don’t say. 🧐😂
You can see the exact moment Lorne Brown dies on the inside.
That remark was hysterical!!! 😂 Thanks for your input!! 😂😂😂
For someone to admit and say "i have never been successful on probation" while trying to ask to get probation, has got to be one of the stupidest and dumbest things one can say in front of the judge!!!.....like WTF!? 🤣
When the defendant tells the defense attorney, "Hold my beer ..."
😀
A perfect summary!
With the anticipated results... LOL!! 😁
He hasn’t been arrested for assault in a whole 16 years! That’s the best argument that could be made for the defendant? This attorney is really having to polish a turd here.
yah I doubt he stopped hitting women in 2008 and restart in 2023. I am sure there was a lot of dropped charges because the DV victims refused to come forward.
This is what happens when you are so used to lying and using double negatives that you can't self correct and lie using only a single negative. Sad really.
Thanks Mike for keeping, " The Horrible " real for all your fans! 😂
You get Mr Lorne Brown as your attorney and all you need to say is "Yes sir" to him. Blessed to get his services on the public's dime. He's as good as any attorney in Michigan.
Agreed!
Bs he is a horrible lawyer to let him run his mouth and never say a word.
@@MarySmith-bc7mf all you can do is try. If you warn someone and they refuse to listen, that's on them. If I tell my friend not to run off a cliff, I'm not gonna run after them on the off chance they grab my hand on the way down. I'll do my best to pick up the pieces later.
It was kind of hard to hear but I got the jist of it. You can't fix stupid
I’ve gained so much respect for Mr. Brown watching these videos. So clearly competent and unflappable even when his clients are doing their best to undermine him.
He f’d around and found out! Stay out of legal dictionaries and listen to your lawyer!!!!!
I always appreciate the shots of Judge Simpson's baliff!! 😍
I am also waiting for those shots! ❤😮
Close up 7:02 and nice long look starting at 12:02.
A cute lil scoobie snack aint he😂
OMG, I have noticed him as well. Cute and super great arms!!!
Right!!
"I have never been successful at probation". Wow. I don't know, points for honesty I guess.
"I've never been successful on probation." The defense attorney's look said it all.
Another guy said that in front if another female judge. Maybe Judge Byrant, he was trying to get her to just give him fines without probation and she was not going for it. She very nicely in my opinion explained to him that there were lots of ways for him to report now and gave him a choice. I think he took probation.
I would love to hear that public defender read the book "The Shack" to me. He has an incredibly pleasing voice. His voice reminds me of James Earl Jones.
8:31 the way the two bailiffs looked at each other after he said his name representing his name again 😂😂😂😂
His court baliff is clean cut and is a VERY GOOD looking houng man
Sidebar….Judge Simpson’s bailiff is eye candy. Thank you…proceed!
Oh yeah.😊
I love Judge Simpson, he’s tough as nails and takes no crap, but the way he sometimes playfully interacts with some of the lawyers is awesome. Can we talk about his bailiff now? Has anyone ever mentioned him? That man is beautiful! Just saying.
He's a hottie oof 🥵
Mildly depressing to realize that 2008 was 16 years ago, not the two or three that it seems psychologically.
As my father used to tell me, "The older you get, the faster time goes by". I never believed him until I started experience it.
Tom Cruise is 61 years old.
Willie Nelson is 90, Grace Slick is 84, Keith Richards is 81, Miss D Parton is 80, Joan Jet is 65, Richard Nixon resigned 08/1974, his vice president a year earlier ( stuff he did as governor of MD
@@cathibeastevenson634 which Vice President? I was clear until that point...
@@Jw-cb5se Agnew. He was accused of various moderately corrupt financial activities during his time as governor, and resigned over a tax evasion charge before the Watergate tapes became public.
Damn, served thirty days with no credit, cant fix stupid..
What's sad is that the defendant really believes he is being respectful by calling Judge Simpson 'Mr. Simpson'. SMH. 🤦♀️
No, it’s a diss
Hes a career narcissist.
Yeah I caught that
Why do they continue to say on the record it's all on number 1 & 2 you're an idiot who thinks that your prayers have no bearing, it's a pattern of abuse! & It's not going away when you continue to do what you do.
He totally screwed himself, yet it went completely over his head! 😂😂
Judge Simpson respects Mr Brown
I heard Simpson say he and Mr. Brown go way back. They have a mutual respect for each other.
This is a perfect example of "ONLY let your attorney speak on your behalf"
so unless i am wrong - he wanted the first charge dropped. so they dropped it and immediately re-charged him with same - and that reset the clock and turned it from a misdemeanor to a felony. good job if i read it right
Thanks for explaining it.
No, it just reset the clock so he can’t get time served on the month he’s spent in jail. Felony is because of a previous conviction in 2008.
@@bonesie thanks
I feel so bad for public defenders, they try so hard and sometimes get nearly impossible cases to argue then on top of it have to deal with people like this
I love the suspicious hamster.
And as the defendant hobbled out of the court room he was confused about who had just put a bullet through his foot...
15:49 need that on a loop, including Mr.Brown’s reaction😂
Honest question - does the defendant realize how bad he screwed up? I don't think he does - I think he just said a bunch of words about the time line and doesn't realize it has come back to bite him in the butt.
Jailhouse lawyers make the worse kind of lawyers.
His lawyer is not to bright to let him run his mouth.
@@MarySmith-bc7mfyou dumb or something? Mr. Brown is one of the best public defenders on the planet but, there is nothing he or any other PD can do if their client is stupid and hell bent on running their mouths..
@@MarySmith-bc7mfthe lawyer can only tell them to be quiet so many times. He can’t shout over him to keep the judge from hearing his nonsense.
The attorney tried to tell him but you can lead a horse to water but you cannot make him drink. He screwed himself, lost his already served days 30 and got his case changed to a felony. The attorney tried to tell him but the guy was just dumb.
Perfect way to start the weekend! Who’s here with a cold beverage?
Lorne Brown is an excellent attorney. The defendant should have listened to him. Also note that how the deputies positioned themselves in the courtroom. The "regular" deputy was between the bench and the defendant. The second deputy was behind the defendant and the third deputy was standing by the side door. If there was trouble, it would be taken care of very quickly. There would be no Vegas style rush of the bench and I hope the folks in Vegas takes note on how to run a courtroom.
The ironic thing is that if potential defendants acted out of this abundance of caution that legal folk keep talking about, attorneys' work lives would be a good deal less hectic.
2 prior DV -convictions- and 2 felony convictions for drug possession and weapons … and now on a third DV charge, which is his third felony (and since he’s on PROBATION, and got arrested for a NEW felony, he’s going to get some jail for violating probation)
My question is … does Michigan have a three strikes law?
And then let’s throw on a witness tampering charge …
Why on earth do men with this kind of criminal record get girlfriends??
HAHA! This guy was in front of Magistrate Brailey a few days before this for traffic matters yelling about this same thing. She kept telling him that case is front of a different Judge and he was b*tching up and down.
Wow!
The more paperwork they spread out the more BS we can expect !
I love Judge Simpson !!!
Next time - you are in there see if there's a book that will help you spell it correctly. - *LIBRARY*
This channel is so good that im actually disappointed that it doesn’t have 1M subs by now !
My friend was in Oakland county jail. And during taht tim3, i believe that was about 5 years ago, the stories of going sov cit (yet they didnt call it that) was running all around. They almost had my friend go pro se. And also he kept trying to convince me. Thank the Heavens abov3 and bis repsect for me he listened to ne and did the research i asked him to do. And he got out and did what he had to do. He also did not add more jail time or any issues
Good to see Judge Simpson, he’s one of my favorites!
JSs face tells a story with every expression 😮😊😂
Wow! That defendant is as intelligent as he looks!
He has the best attorney out of all of them. Silly man to go against him
Another RUclips Law School graduate goes down in flames. When you have Mr. Brown as your attorney, you shut your pie hole and let him work.
Whoops. There goes 30 days credit. LOL But hey, it was worth it right? LOL Stop eating brown crayons.
Whoa, did he just open his mouth and basically say he's had communication or intimidation with the complainant? Dude is really bad ignorant.
He was arrested in November. He’s been in jail over two months… bye-bye credit.
But….. he got what he wanted that case was thrown out, good job👍🏼.
Now its a felony.
Mr. Brown should do voiceover work. Not only does he have that delicious James Earl Jones-esque voice, but it might also get his mind off of all the crazy/stupid he has to deal with in the courtroom.
Thats a prime example of F around and find out
Sadly, MENSA loses another member. I always dug it the most when a client went rouge😂 Good start to the day🤘
I think you mean rogue.
@@jill7759 No, I meant the makeup🤣 Thank you for correcting me. I’m always comforted by my betters🤣 I’m a fan of atavistic females. Who isn’t looking for a woman with low self esteem and a bizarre penchant for sodomy? It’s a long line to be in🤣
One of my great grandfathers lived on Huron street in Detroit
When they return for the trial, PLEAAASE!!! let us see it!
Defendant’s eyes are about to bump into each other.
😂😂😂
I am absolutely loving these moor ons and sovs. I have a question Mr Mike. Have any of these fees from fee schedules ever ever been paid? I highly doubt it just want confirmation. What is the issue with these angry folk?
Yay!!! Happy Friday! 💙
Mr. Thorne's mom always told him he was special.
A little knowledge is sometimes worse than none at all .
Thanks Mike.
When the supposed attorney calls the judge "Mr. Simpson," you know he's not a real lawyer.
Domestic 3rd should be a heavier charge. Because I believe they won't stop until murder. Hence they should get a higher charge in as how many years in prison
I think 2nd charge should be higher as well. Men/women might think aittle harder about it as well
Thanks 😊
I sent you the shark shirt, btw. ✌️
I know🤩
Mr. Thornes found a couple of things at the li-barry. S'all good. Maybe he'll get another chance to visit the li-barry overnight and complete his J.D.
Replay Crew. This was golden 😂
The man can spell his name? Makes him a probable `genius`, I suspect..
This was really something, Mike! 😳🤦♀️😂😂💐
The "lie"berry will get you every single time 🤦🏽♀️.
He must have been in the children’s section of the library.
Ms. Baroso (sp?) needs her own playlist 1:05
LIBERRY.
LOVE LOREN BROWN.
I’m about to say something brave yet controversial, and it will perhaps sound like I’m objectifying him but, Judge Simpson’s bailiff could put me in cuffs all day any day.
I’m glad he stands where he does, unlike the courts in Vegas where the security is no where near the judge and thus, the criminal had full access to leap over the bench to land on the judge!
Yep, he’s quite lovely!
I’m not even gay but goddamn that is a tasty dish
Ewww
😅
Omg you look so handsome with your fresh cut Mike!
❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️
What? I never noticed. Now I’ll have to wait for him to pop back up so I can see and judge for myself😅
I want to see more of the bailiff!
I dont do good on probation. Ive never done good on probation. ??? What a dumb thing to say!!! 😂
Anyone else hear that Debbie Davis is no longer with St. Joe county prosecutors office? That’s sad news.
She’s is running for the Prosecuting Attorneys office in St. Joseph County.
I can honestly say that I have never been successful on probation.😂
I guess I’ll just never be able to wrap my head around how a person who is a habitual DV offender can sit in court and debate the semantics of his arraignment dates. I cannot fathom how a person, who let’s be honest, knows what he did, as he’s been convicted of the same offences in past, with zero remorse, no contrition, just a bad attitude and ignorant comments. Innocent until proven guilty, blah blah, so what it’s been 16 years, maybe he’s done it since and his victims were too afraid to come forward. I wouldn’t put it past him to intimidate witnesses. He sounds like a straight up abusive, manipulative, arrogant, narcissistic loser.
I wish I could understand the defendant more clearly.
Your honor probation has never been successful with me I think it would be far more productive, for me, to just let me go. 😂😂😂😂😂 NOW I’ve heard it all.
"We're just gonna' do whatever. " 🙄
Long time no see from my end, my friend. Praying all is well for u!
What a Gem!!!😂😂😂
This is awesome! Thank you, @LTWM.
Mike, nice haircut!💈
I'll bet he found out pretty quick from his lawyer that he lost all credit for days served.
He’s trying so hard to make the hole he’s digging as deep as possible. I can’t wait to watch him succeed at that more next time.
Buff cop with the braids 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Damn that policeman is fine
Mike I'm a 40 PLUS year old male. And ALL I PERSONALLY know is I personally HAVE NOTHING but RESPECT for judge Simpson. He is a TRUE MAN'S type of MAN! I honestly would love to see him go to the supreme courts one day soon. And yes I admit I dont know if he'd apply. But I DO know he is a helluva man with wonderful morals and he DOES have the PEOPLE'S FULL 100% SUPPORT!!!
I concur. A wise & just jurist. He'd do tremendously.
You have a lot of passion. I have no idea what your age or gender has to do with anything.
Here the defendants haiir parting is on point😂
Your amazing Mike
@LTWM Middleton has a case where Legal Aide Meg uses a silver bullet to get a termination of tenancy case. She is Super Girl!
Glasses off means your about to not get what you want
Hello Mike, I love your shows. QQQ: Are these Sov Cits insane, crazy, Stupid, Trying to skirt the law? Or all of the above? Lol.
I believe the concise and accurate answer is: *Yes.*
Yes
Yay!
Can't believe how these people ghink.
15:30 like Mike said shut up stop talking about your case street lawyer
Wow Mike you’re actually looking a bit cleaned up today..where’s the Mike who looks like he just woke up on the bathroom floor in a puddle of the previous nights poor choices??
Mike got a haircut and a new non-low cut shirt! Who is this RUclipsr?!
😂
AI Mike.
I want to see more of the prosecutor.
