I officially stopped drinking alcohol 6 months ago. It was a huge feat for me. Drinking carbonated water with a lime especially, has been my saving grace and helps keep me going. Edit: thank you everyone for the kind responses-it sounds like a lot of us are going through similar journeys
Well done, bravo!!! This is hard to do. I will share this with you: Glutamine powder helps a lot. 1 tsp mixed with water and Apple Cider Vinegar and a pinch of salt for taste, once a day. Glutamine stops cravings for sugar. Working out hard outdoors in the sunlight, helped me a lot too. Once those endorphins kick in, goodbye cravings. I found also that cutting back refined carbs and sugars like cakes and cookies, also dropped my desire for wine or alcohol.
Congratulations! I'm over 4 years sober myself. It's something I never thought I'd be able to accomplish as a former daily drinker. It's been one of the best decisions of my life. I don't regret it one bit. Keep up the good work my friend. Wishing you well 🤙🏽
There are doctors who care and doctors who do not care. This doctor cares so much that he takes time to help us all understand nutrition, not just medication. Very intelligent man here. Again, thank you for caring
@@Drberg dr plz talk about sinonasal intestinal low grade adenocarsinoma it’s a rare cancer and I can’t find in depth details anywhere in the internet 😢
@@Drberg thank you. So many doctors seem to only care about writing a script. I think as a way to cover themselves so they don't get sued. It really concerns me that so many people take 5-10 different medications. That stuff has got to be chemically reacting inside peoples' bodies and there is no way to know what will happen when so many medications are taken at the same time.
I had some bloodwork come back a few months ago showing elevated A1C, blood glucose, triglycerides, and HDL - just short of being pre-diabetic. I found this channel five weeks ago and since I've dropped 20lbs, down to 180 now and all my readings ARE NORMAL! Thank you doc!
Wow- that is wonderful! Thank you for sharing! Would you mind using this link to share your success story and tell us more about your journey? www.drberg.com/add-client-success-story Dr. Berg would love to hear about it.
This is awesome! I hated soda water. But I started drinking it when I was getting fit in replace of soda for that carbonation feel. Ended up loving it and I drink soda water all the time.
I love this Doctor. He respects the patient and educates them instead of talking down to them. It’s like sitting in a classroom with a REAL teacher that loves the subject and wants to share it. You know what teachers use to be! I’m 65 and HAD very high BP until I followed his advice. My doctor cleared me and it was done with NO medication. Diet only. Thank you Doctor
Yay! We got a soda stream machine when we started keto diet a couple of years ago. We drink carbonated water with a squeeze of lime. After a couple of weeks off sugar, your taste changes and even that tiny bit of lime starts to taste a little sweet. Highly recommend.

Being HOLISTIC , anything that does NOT produce naturally in the NATURE, imho should not be advocated or consumed regularly. Drinking pure mountain Alps spring water is the way. nobody, should be consuming an UNNATURAL gassed drink which creates gas release accumulation inside your long intestinal tracts. Think about it.
This is such good news for me. I love drinking carbonated water so much and I thought it was bad, not knowing why. I also used to drink too much alcohol and this was a great substitute. Thank you for your research!
Carbonated water with lemon juice added to it helped me conquer my cola addiction and I feel so much better both mentally and obviously physically. Thanks for this video still, I am glad it actually gives further benefits besides not filling myself with cancerous sugar water.
Carbonated water with lemon juice could be bad for your teeth if you are constantly consuming it (a replacement for regular water). You never allow your oral PH value to return to neutral. It damages your enamel especially if you brush right after you drink it. It still better than soda tho.
My mineral water arrived today. I really liked it. But my new way of eating n now drinking is pretty spendy. 😊 oh Thank you for not putting up a startling caption. When I see negative things that sticks in my brain and almost changes my opinion. I don’t have time to check them out n when I do it ends up false n just tricked into watching. I won’t be hitting those videos again.
I knew it!! I replaced the occasional soda with flavored non sweetened carbonated water about a decade ago. Some people said the carbonation was still bad for you but I always felt great after drinking them. Confirmation I needed, thank you! 🙏🏻😎
I've been doing similar for a while. One tall glass, 1/4 teaspoon electrolytes, 2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice, 10 stevia drops, 1/8 - 1/4 cup filtered water to mix, top up with carbonated mineral water. Optionally add a splash of kombucha. You can add 1/2 - 1 teaspoon ACV if you wish, or make it with ACV instead of lemon. It's a quick and easy healthy soft drink!.
I live in Italy and while still water is available most people opt for acqua frizzante/acqua gassata which are the two names for carbonated water. It really is incredibly refreshing, has natural minerals, and definitely feels more hydrating. It's also good for people trying to wean themselves off soda and drink more H2O.
@@dudewhathappenedtomycountr9099 The pasta here is of the highest quality, you can eat 400 g of Garofalo, Voiello, and other brands and you would not gain weight. However acqua frizzante is extremely popular here as mentioned - Fontalba Prestige is the best brand - and adds many health benefits
I’m SO GLAD you posted this. For years I’ve always said I get dehydrated from drinking regular flat water. My lips are always chapped, I feel queasy and uncomfortable trying to drink flat water, and never satisfied. I’ve been drinking carbonated water almost exclusively for decades. Back in Mexico in the late 50s, and thru the 60s and 70s my parents owned an ice cream parlor, with delicious ice cream, in many flavors, eskimals, real fruit popsicles and a carbonated water machine that was the main source for people to come to the place...my Dad (RIP) bought this large machine in El Paso, TX and brought it to his business ...some how he started selling carbonated water with lime juice and a sprinkle of salt and people loved it!.....especially in the hot and blistering summers in Torreon, Mexico.....I love to this day a cold glass of carbonated water with lime juice and a sprinkle of Himalayan salt, .....makes me feel hydrated and a general feeling of well being...Try it, you will love it....Thanks Dr. Berg for sharing your video, you re the Best!!!
before I was heading to the grocery store for some reason I had an urge to buy some lemon to squeeze in my sparkling mineral water and then I came back and lit up a joint as I cracked open my sparkling wager and began to read through these comments and then seen this about the lime and dash of salt - definitely going to be giving this a try and be keeping you and your pops in mind 👊🙏
I think your body has to be in a different state initially before getting the same result from it. Most people today are so poisoned from the stuff pushed on us that a carbonated drink won't taste like anything.
Am I happy to see this!! I've always chosen carbonated water over plain water for the last 35 years, and now I know why!! I always feel refreshed after drinking carbonated water and also drink it before bed. Normal water has always felt 'dead' to me and only made me feel bloated.
I absolutely love sparkling water, seltzer....all of it. I go through gallons of this stuff. It is refreshing and keeps me away from Diet Coke which I was addicted to for years. One of the best investments if you don't want to lug around bottles and cans is a Soda Stream. You can pump lots of carbonation into your drink making it really "crispy" which I love. Cheers!
Dr. Eric Berg, thank you so much! You saved me and taught me how to lower my blood sugar. I come from a family with Diabetes. Most of my siblings are on Insulin. I found your channel on Keto Diet a month and a half ago. I was due for a bloodwork, but I delayed it, and followed the Keto Diet. Just two weeks ago, I did my blood work. And last Wednesday, I went to see my Provider for the results. My bloodwork was fantastic, Thank you God....but the thing that surprised me most was my blood sugar! last year it was 6.2, and last Wednesday, it was 5.7! I am continuing my Keto Diet, and I have learned how to Fast. I always had problems when preparing for bloodwork because, I cannot fast. I always get hungry every 2-3 hours. But ever since I did the Keto Diet, I could fast for 10-12 hours. Just amazing! I am not really fat, just regular size, but I am amazed with my weight now and flat belly. Thank you so much Dr. Berg. I also enjoy drinking Carbonated Water (Perrier). You are a Life Saver, had I not known about this Keto Diet, I could have been a candidate for Insulin just like my siblings.
No one ever advised me to drink carbonated water, opposite, they advised me against it…but lately I’m just feeling really better drinking it and now I don’t feel bad doing it.
@@capnbly Drinking any water gives your stomach new volume of liquid which happens to be less acidic than the HCl solution you use to digest. That way the volume increases but the molecules of acid stay the same (plus the much lesser quantity of carbonic acid from CO2). That's why it disturbs digestion. Doesn't really neutralize the acid, but it does dilute it. Still, the potential benefits discussed in the video are not relevant to that, of course then it's better to drink when not eating. Although, in my experience, it doesn't really make that much of a difference
Good morning Dr Berg and thankyou for another awesome video! I do not have any gallbladder and have digestive issues, like acid reflux silent gerd so I take Betaine HCL to help with digestion? I also have a lot of bloating and gas. Would carbonized water help or make it worst or help with everything? Love and may God keep blessing you❤🙏🏻

@absfinal But I recently read that a lot of carbonated natural sping waters have too many metals in them. I'd rather have carbonated tap water thats treated.

Fascinating….especially learning about hypoxia and the affect on cancer and metastasis, and how CO2 is bumped up naturally acquired via exercised rain, hot springs, rain, etc. Would like to understand whether carbonated drinks to target (infused low/no sugar seltzers?) vs shy from (sugared sodas)… Thanks in advance! I started drinking sparkling water when I lived in Europe, a lot of people drink it there. At first I didn't get it but the more I was drinking it, I began to like it more and more. Now I can't go a day without drinking it. It is best served ice cold freshly opened bottle with lemon. So refreshing.
As a european living in America I don't understand why there is no sparkling water here. No one drinks it. I always have to get Perierre water. I dont like the fake sparkling water where they add the co2 later. I like sparkling natural spring water.

Intuitively started drinking carbonated water for a year now. I had leftover soda water from a night of whiskey and soda water. I noticed that I felt better after a bottle of soda water in the morning. It's my preferred water hydration drink and is a great alternative to sugary soda drink's.
I’ll listen to anything this Doctor says, I was heading in a bad direction with my health and found your channel and it completely changed everything around the best bloodwork I’ve ever done since I been an adult
Carbonated water finally enabled me to stop drinking soda. I drank Coke for near 20 years almost non-stop. I wanted to get off it, but the problem was that I still wanted to have a nice drink with meals and I couldn't find one that didn't have sugar in it. Eventually, I found flavored carbonated water and it was a saving grace. It's cheaper, it tastes fresher and I started to properly lose weight for the first time in years. I didn't even really exercise much. Just removing Coke and that insane level of sugar alone does wonders.

Yeah, but then doesn't it mean the carbonated drinks are making the stomach pH more alkaline? This is what most of us are trying to avoid bc our stomach pH is supposed to be acidic. I can attest to what is being said in this video. I have had a bladder infection all week, and have had constant urges to urinate the whole time. So far today I drank a 500ml bottle of room temperature, carbonated water ("Sparkling Water" as we call it in my country). Guess what? The strong urges to urinate have subsided by a lot. Thanks Doc. You are on to something big-time here with this one.
You have just answered a question I have been wanting to ask you as I have grown to trust your judgment over the few years. My whole life I have craved soda with lime water and only drunk this carbonated water. Like you and helped my digestion I felt more lively I felt brighter and my thirst quenched better. I had also heard that carbonation reduces minerals in your body and that that was why my fingernails were soft... But that's all I wanted to drink and that's what I have always continued to drink. Just like when I was a child I did not like orange juice or oranges and only ate limes lemons or grapefruit. Somehow I am I guess in touch with my body naturally. When I drank just an ounce of red wine when I ate I also had the same sensation so when I ate I drank some 1-2oz. red wine...much much later it was discovered the benefits. So I am happy I continue with what I feel my body is craving. I have become one of your greatest proponents to try to help other people by sharing your relevant videos as I discover them but you are so right that people do not appreciate the intrusion no matter how well-intended. Which I can understand because of the myriad snake-oil videos out there!! You are helping so many of us who have alternate beliefs and have stuck by them despite the medical profession casting aspersions on us as patients. Of course as I age I also get that prejudgment from MD.s So now at my age it's almost impossible to find a decent doctor with a brain open enough to listen. And the truly educated person knows enough to know that nothing is static and that they have a lot to learn! This is only what we know about carbon dioxide intake right now. Who knows what you will find ten years from now? I don't understand the desire for the concept of absolute/definitive knowledge. Curiosity, quest... Thank you thank you thank you for giving substantiation to instinctive preferences (wive's tales,...eg. chicken soup) most of my life I spent researching these things by myself. I used to it so much better!!!
the gas released from the drink expands your gut and more surface area of your intestine means everything gets absorbed faster . thats why you thirst quenched better and drink less wine but feel the affects same as drinking more . its bad if you dont want to absorb sugar into your body quickly

Club Soda is my usual beverage of choice for years now. I mix it with 1/3 cranberry juice, or pom juice, or lemon juice etc. It is very refreshing and enjoyable.
I bought my own carbonated drink maker about a year ago and greatly love it. Usually I just carbonate regular water and drink it that way. I might mix it in with shochu (an alcoholic drink here in Japan) maybe add some lemon juice and it is quite good. Another plus I wasn't expecting, was that I can get more out of a can of beer by mixing in about a quarter or a third of cold carbonated water into a glass partly filled from the beer. It really doesn't thin out the taste the much, hardly noticeable if it's a good beer to begin with and not the thin watery type, and I get more volume from the can without consuming more alcohol. I drink it for the refreshment and taste, not really need the alcohol for anything, and it works great, especially this year after coming home from the hot days at work. I might be tempted to pop open another can if i didn't add the bubbly water to quench my thirst.
I am from Germany and there you do drink a lot of carbonated water. In Canada I stopped drinking it. Then, last summer, I started drinking it again because of the very hot temperature we had. At first I thought it was because it increases my low stomach acid 'cause I even top up herbal tea with carbonated water which just feels right - for me. You have added a slightly different slant and THANK YOU so much for that.
If you have low stomach acid then you're low in potassium. Almost everyone us deficient as we need around 5000 mg of it and must of it comes from veggies and fruit. The acidic nature of c02, vinegar, etc helps in times of low acid, so it does help temporarily and I'd encourage it to relieve symptoms

This actually makes sense now that you bring it up since oxygen oxidizes things and create free radicals in the body. I've a physical job working outside all day , and recently I've been drinking sparkling water and I've noticed such a difference and I do find it so much more refreshing.
Great video. I've been drinking lemon juice with stevia for about 15 years - started off just as a refreshing drink after working in the heat outside in the tropics. I drink soda stream with lemon juice outside of meals. If I want to drink with a meal, I put apple cider vinegar with stevia into the soda stream to help digestion... amazing how much it helps when eating heavier foods.

i actually started to drink carbonated water instead of sodas in order to reduce my sugar intake, it's been going well, wondering if all i ever wanted from the soda was the sugar or just the feel of carbonated water...maybe both but hey, im doing the change now, its gonna make a difference for sure in the long run
This is why I drank carbonated water, from LA Croix brand. To get a flavor and fizz without sugars and colors and caffeine. It worked. I love the water and still drink it often everyday. I did that 3 yrs ago, it took just a couple weeks to lose cravings for coke. I might have one now maybe once every couple months and I may or may not even finish it when I do.
The only downside to drinking too much carbonated water or any soda drinks in general is the very thing you mentioned. It gets more acidic. For the people who suffer from reflux like myself - drinking too much of it causes the stomach to be overly acidic and i get throat pains or burn feels in my larynx. So be careful with that.
Thanks for this! Had a friend who said her holistic doc told her to absolutely not drink anything carbonated, even water because it would harm her gut biome. I drink lots of carbonated water & didn't want to stop. I do keto with IF and this is one of the things I'm not giving up!
Whoa! For the past month, I have been thinking about getting one of those countertop machines that carbonate water, and I couldn't figure out why I had such an urge to do it. There are many things in this video that hit home! My late husband, his father, and now (as of her diagnosis one month ago) his mother have all passed away from cancer that metastasized before diagnosis. I am in my early 50s without disease, and not on any medications. I do not eat grains or anything with 'added sugar,' but I quit eating some naturally occurring sugars a month ago to reduce inflammation. This video touches on the topics I have recently been thinking about and dealing with, and I will DEFINITELY carbonate my water!
Been drinking carbonated water for years. Always a 1.5L bottle next to me on my computer table (on the opposite side of the computer case; in case of any spills). This could explain why it feels refreshing. Before that I was drinking soda from time to time but it has way too much sugar in it. Then I noticed that I'm not after the soda taste but the refreshing carbonation. Tried carbonated water for a while & never gone back. No more soda. Glad that we still have a few products in store that are not complete garbage to your health. EDIT: Carbonated water with lemon seems to be to my taste.

Funny enough, ever since I was a kid I was never the biggest summertime soda drinker. In high school I discovered this drink called Orangina (slightly carbonated orange juice), and from there moved onto Perrier. There's literally nothing better than coming home on a hot day to an ice cold glass of Perrier with a wedge of lime. In the 2000s I swear I drank 1-2 large bottles a day for like 6 years. Good stuff. 😊
I officially stopped drinking alcohol 6 months ago. It was a huge feat for me. Drinking carbonated water with a lime especially, has been my saving grace and helps keep me going.

I live in Italy and while still water is available most people opt for acqua frizzante/acqua gassata which are the two names for carbonated water. And better for digestion, now I understand why Italians use so much of it.

I heard it neutralizes the acid in stomach. So dont drink it when eating. But now I guess not!

I never knew about Nutritional Yeast until I watched your videos, and it becomes a staple now, and I eat Kimchi and Sauerkraut regularly now because of you. And many many more 🤩
I love carbonated water (it is called sparkling water here in England). I also love your channel and learn so much from the information you provide. Thank you.
Glad to hear you are learning a lot here. Wishing you good health!
The US also calls it both carbonated and sparkling water. It’s like pop/soda, where it depends on location or the person.
They are not the same thing as one is natural and the other artificially created with some added elements.
it's called sparkling water too, in japan. and probably asia general.
i started regularly consuming carbonated drinks about 17-18 years ago (more often than not, drinking way more carbonated drinks than drinking normal water) still do, feel fine, and don't intend to stop. If there were many or any negative effects, i should have felt it long time ago because at some point in time i have spent days without drinking normal water, only carbonated drinks. And yes trully as a fact, drinking carbonated drinks almost always makes me feel better, regardless of the issues i have had.
This channel is an anomaly. The videos are to the point, informative, and lacks all the overstimulating pageantry of any other channel with millions of subs
I think a lot of places call it sparkling water, cause the bubbles do make it sparkle. It's pretty
D-mannose is an amazing helper when I had a bladder infection in the past. I and other women swear by it. Hope you are feeling better!
Cool. Some of his videos on urination may help further.
@@consciouspreconception334 I'm a guy suffering with it to be honest. Not a Woman. 😁
Of course as I age I also get that prejudgment from MD.s
So now at my age it's almost impossible to find a decent doctor with a brain open enough to listen.
Osteoporosis does not run in my family and I am tall. Bone scans showed my bones were fine. Over two years ago I became hooked on sparkling water with zero sodium and zero carbs. Over those more than two years I consumed eight or more 12 ounce cans of sparkling water per day. Now I have Osteopenia, bordering on Osteoporosis, and my blood work over the last few months repeatedly shows my kidney function has dropped. My teeth enamel is also thinner than it was. I am heeding the warnings of others and giving up sparkling/carbonated water.
Thank you for sharing
I doubt that, but maybe you are confused with diet soda?
too much of anything good can be bad for u.. way too much carbonated water my friend
You are correct. I was warned about this by two doctors.
Think you may have overdone it sir w the carbonated soda…
I e been drinking San Pelligrino for a few years 2 or 3 times a week. I’ve never been able to figure out why I feel so much better after consuming. My digestion is so much better! Now I know. Thank you Dr. Berg.
Thank you for this research about co2! My mother has been diagnosed with liver cancer and additionally feels dehydrated a lot. She said drinking San Pelligrino mineral water makes her feel much better than regular water.

@@Drberg for over 3 years now i mostly eat once a day (at night) drink like 2-4 cups of black tea(Tetley) witch skimmed milk and no sugar, still i keep adding weight and my stomach is getting really big, i dont have a sedentary lifestyle, walk up hill for 1.5km to class and 1.5km downhill back 5 times a week. even drinking water makes my tummy protrude.
@@tobastronI am not Dr. Berg, but I can relate. Intermitted fasting is great, but better not eat 3 hrs before going to bed. Give your body time to digest the food. And I went way better with my stomach when I stopped drinking milk, and I nerver really drank milk, just the small amounts in my coffee. Made a huge difference. Then look at the amount of carbonhydrate. When I fill myself with carbonhydrates my stomach blows up. Alsways good to know the body actually does not need carbonhydrates to survive.
I'm so happy to find this information. I have been drinking carbonated water that has a little natural fruit flavor in it--no salt, sugar, or anything else, and wasn't sure if it was healthy to do that or not. I'm so glad to learn that it's okay.
Natural flavors are chemicals unknown
You can get plain carbonated water or buy the machine and add fresh lemon or lime juice which is natural check the sugar on your regular drink may have 2-5 grams per serving
I’m Italian and San Pellegrino has always been considered a medicinal water amongst Italians…. And water in some of our streams in the mountain villages increase or decrease blood pressure and is lightly sparkling water naturally in the spring…..
I love San Pellegrino!
I ve been drinking carbonated water since I stopped drinking for the past 6 months. It replaced juices, cokes and all the sugar drinks I used to drink. I feel wonderful with more than 25 pounds lost so far

Thank you for this video. I never drank water and everything I heard said I had to drink 8 glasses of water a day and I could never do it. I discovered La Croix last year and I love it and drink well over 8 glasses a day now. But I always had the thought in my mind "Isn't carbon dioxide bad for me?". I trust you, so thanks! :)

Right! So many glasses of water reduce stomach acid! He made videos on drinking too much water.
Wow! That’s absolutely made my day as I get through a large bottle of carbonated water a day with a fresh lemon squeezed into it and everyone keeps telling me how bad it is for me but I just feel so much better drinking it. I have multiple health issues and have to take a lot of meds for it but my pain feels reduced as soon as I start drinking it, it also helps my stomach as I suffer with bowel obstructions if I don’t drink it ( as I have a slow transit)and it calms me down mentally. I’ve always got it next to me and really enjoy it. Bonus!😊 ♥️
When I had the hemorrhoids operation, he became constipated for 9 months, even though the hemorrhoids disappeared. Do you advise me to drink carbonated water? How many bottles of water do I drink a day? Is it possible to drink carbonated water on the same day?

I drink iced perrier with limes every day - and I had been feeling so guilty for drinking it for years because we've been brainwashed that carbonated waters are bad for us (without explanation) until now. Will enjoy it guilt free now - thank you Dr. Berg!
that's my go-to as well, with lime. Love my Perrier
Doesnt perrier contain fluoride
Any issues with enamel deterioration?

That is an interesting tip. I actually saw hop flavored carbonated water being sold which gets at the same idea I guess. I'll need to try it.
Great idea…I will try it with Asahi Breweries (love the taste of such beer).
Cheers from NYC 🗽
I am from Germany and there you do drink a lot of carbonated water. In Canada I stopped drinking it. Then, last summer, I started drinking it again because of the very hot temperature we had. I have noticed right away that carbonated water quenches thirst more than anything else. It is very hydrating. The a couple of month later I noticed that my teeth, which were very stained, were white again. Thank you Dr. Eric Berg for the video.
In the Vulkaneifel area, there's even natural carbonated water springs. I was mind blown when I found out. It's amazing. Just hold your empty bootle underneath the tap and fill it with sparkling water erupting from the deepest underground reservoirs
Yes, so glad we can do carbonated water! When I'm craving a soda, this is my go to! It is so refreshing and I can drop in lemon, lime, or other fruit to make my own natural soda.
For the last few months I’ve been having carbonated water regularly. It’s like the second or third thing that I’ve implemented in my diet that you made a video on shortly after.
FINALLY !!! You answered why I always have the feeling my body cells absorb more water when drinking carbonated water.
Thank you..and yes have been taking Potassium C which also for a few years now which also is good against kidney stones. I also have a gallstone so that adds to digestive/ absorption problems. :))) Good that there are so many supplements and independent advice on (foods) available. Thank you again.
@@9StarKee Olive oil has been proven to help break up gallstones. Take some everyday along with bile acids or Tudca. Olive oil causes the liver to produce bile. gallbladder/liver stones are caused by a lack of bile as it causes the liver to become congested and sluggish, resulting in stones.

Dr Berg is an amazing researcher. Thank you for every video posted! Imagine having tones of doctors and fighting with them over basic biochemistry. Oh- going crazy.. Yes, you are right about cabronated water. It used to be almost a "national drink" in ex-Yugoslavia, especially the natural one. I stopped drinking carbonated water because there is alot of articles saying it leaches calcium from the bones, so I stopped drinking it and I really miss it.
This actually makes sense now that you bring it up since oxygen oxidizes things and create free radicals in the body. Also, thank you for sharing this insight because I used to worry that carbonated water might be bad or a worse version of regular water. I love using it with lemon and other blended fruit as my soda replacement. Now, I know it has added health benefits, too!
Unless you're using oxygen under pressure aka Hyperbaric chamber :) And ozone is great too! Oxidative stress is not bad :)

i actually started to drink carbonated water instead of sodas in order to reduce my sugar intake, it's been going well, wondering if all i ever wanted from the soda was the sugar or just the feel of carbonated water...maybe both but hey, im doing the change now, its gonna make a difference for sure in the long run
So be careful with that.
it will make you fart as well.
If you have acid reflux you need more acid. Research!

A splash of apple cider vinegar in water once a week and acid reflux will likely go away. Helps when I’m having a reflux attack almost immediately.
