      LOL! I'm sure some people do. I was in awe everyday at the sights, though. Absolutely unreal landscape.

    You should go to the Aman Summer Palace in Beijing. In fact all of the Aman resorts in China, be it Hangzhou or Shanghai, are exquisite and definitely the best Amans in the world. But Summer palace in Beijing tips it over the edge for me. À ne pas rater!!!

    I’ve spent a lot of time bashing around the Capitol Reef area camping, climbing and mountain biking over the years so it wouldn’t be too dramatic for me beyond the venue architecture. But if you don’t frequent the southwest very often,
    I’m sure it’s amazing.

    • @haotang

      That's awesome!!! You're lucky to get to experience that area often. It was incredible for me to see and experience it.

      Yeah man. And there are just endless secret places all over the southwest where you’re surrounded by stunning beauty and you won’t see another person for days if you don’t want to. Thanks for the vid!

    • @haotang
      @haotang  Год назад +1

      Thanks! Yes, what a beautiful part of the country. Other worldly, though. I was comparing it to Singita. Which is my favorite, and what I think is the top Safari experience. I book a lot of clients who love Amans at Singita as they share a lot of similarities (IMHO).

    • @haotang
      @haotang  Год назад

      Thanks so much! At 1:43, that is Amanoi. One of my ALL TIME FAVORITE Amans. I'm actually planning to head back there next year. Last time I visited, back in 2017, they didn't have some of the new / current Amanoi Ocean Pool Villas, yet. I'd highly recommend a visit! Of course, not the easiest to reach :) But it's a proper Aman and worth the journey!

      @@haotang Maybe check out the new residence as well?
      Also maybe should try a liveboard with their sailing yacht? Though you probably need additional people for splitting the bills ehehe (cause it might be too much for a couple only)

      @@sheilashineleofany822 Funny you mention Amandira (Yacht) as I'm planning to take my family on it to see the Komodo Dragon Island. It's not bad at ~$13k per night for 3 rooms and all inclusive w. a crew/chef ... But it's a hassle to get to the yacht. I've had clients do it. They loved it but almost have to fly private (once in Asia) to reach. We'll see but it's on my list!
