Homemade French Fries Recipe
Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 20 min
Number of servings: 2~3
Ingredients:
300g (10.5oz.) potatoes
deep frying oil
salt
Directions:
1. Slice the potatoes and soak them in cold water. Drain well (with paper towels).
2. Place the potatoes in a frying pan. Add deep frying oil up to half the height of the food. Put on medium until the bubbles come out, then cook on low for 10 minutes (Root vegetables are easy to cook if you heat them gradually from a low temperature.) Put on high, then cook for 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
3. Drain well. Sprinkle with salt while hot to finish.

Old recipe my mom my grandmother and her grandmother I made frenchfries with method 😂
They don't dip them in ketchup?? long ago when I was very little, our father tried to show how his mother use to do french-fries, he put the cooked fries in a paper bag with salt, and shook it. The bag was suppose to absorb the extra oil, while salting the fries. Seems they all came out as little pieces (crumbs) 😂😂.
I asked my kids but they said NO ketchup because salt makes the potato sweet enough. Oh wow reason 😂 Your dad is a nice one. Those crumbs must be good 😋

this video is really misleading. It says in a frying pan like your pan frying them but you're not. it's still deep frying just in a frying pan.
