good point! sushi rice and japanese short grain rice are the same. we use the same rice for sushi. i wonder why they are sold separately overseas. maybe to make sure? hehe
I tried to eat should talk and mushrooms once and I reconstituted them in water. They smelled so disgusting like rotten something, and I haven't been able to bring myself to try to try them again. Was this a unique experience, or do should talk I mushrooms just smell spoiled just curious thank you
you mean you tried DRIED SHIITAKE Mushrooms? yep! i know, they smell bad. but it is okay and the smell will be gone if you cook (simmer). try this recipe or some other simmered recipes search "dried shiitake" in my channel ~ ruclips.net/video/s_WrQF_qVk8/видео.html
Watching this in 2020, I know the rice will not be good if out too long, anybody know how long can they be out and still be edible? Do you have to microwave after a specific amount of time?
