Once I went to a sushi restaurant as a little girl, and I ordered shrimp sushi. They cut the shrimp so the tail was separate, and they made a small slit near the front and stuck the tail in there. They added some carrots as eyes and a nose, and I had bunny sushi. I ordered it every time I went there. Unfortunately, the chef stopped working there, and I stopped going. But these recipes reminded me of it and made me very happy 😊
