    I make banku all the time and I'm from the carribean I love to cook so cooking is easy for me give me any recipe I will make it I learn from my ghanian friends to make many dishes I also teach them carribean dishes as well I love banku with sardines or tilapia I out shito pepper in the side

    I really enjoy Ghana banku with groundnut soup plus okro soup too . its one of my favourite food in Ghana 🇬🇭 but i want to know how to do or have corn though either cassava though from outside of Ghana ?

    Stella i would suggest since we cant taste the salt in the banku can we totally eliminate it or just one tsp since the okra soup or sauce that goes with it is already well salted and delicious. Just like we don't salt fufu because its for swallowing. Of course except the banku is for pepper with fish.. remember the less salt the less BP. you are still young..medassi..

      Yes you can eliminate the salt, but I still feel like you can reduce the salt. Thank you for the advise 👍

      Agree with you. Banku is tasty enough so keep the salt down.

      Sorry but the best way for everyone is the way you're used to hold it. I hold it like that too (like my late mother, my siblings, my father...) and i have no pain at all
