Right now, all I have downstairs in the garage where I work out of is Optimun Car Wax, Optimum Opti-Seal, Optimum Hyper-Seal, and Optimum Gloss Coat for protection options. I took everything else to my house (I work out of my gf's place). I just want to see how things go without my toy box full of coatings, sealants, and waxes distracting me all day long! Great presentation though. Great point about the hype with "ceramic". It went too far. They're doing it with graphene now too.
Always use what works best for your business! The important part which we think you understood 100% is to just do your own research on products and make sure you are getting your info from reliable resources!
If it is a brand new freshly applied wax do not apply Hydro2 on top of it. If the wax has faded off some and you want more protection then a good wash with some stripping solution in it to kill the wax off a bit will be perfect before Hydro2. To answer your question, you can BUT its likely going to be streaky and cause you trouble. Hydro2 wants a hydroPHILIC surface to apply to and a waxed car is already beading water. Furthermore the hydro2 will try to get to the paint and if it has to get through the wax then it can get streaky. So, if you must then I would use HydroFOAM since you can spread it out across the surface and it won't be rejected immediately by the wax... BUT best practice is to stick with either wax or Hydro2 at any given time and not layer them.. at least in our experience.
@@ismailgunes45 , no they are made to PROTECT from corrosion or better worded "oxidation". It is not harmful to use every 15 days, except to your wallet and time. Quality sealants will last far longer than 15 days so that is excessive but it will not hurt your paint.
I hate the way companies market their ceramic “infused” products. I’m in a truck group on FB and someone posted I ceramic coated my car with Jay Lenos “ceramic” spray. I’m like is it worth educating people these days? Lol
We believe it is ALWAYS worth educating people. We are for sure the minority but what we have seen over these past few years is a very large growth in the detailing industry. Subsequently, there are more people than ever trying to hop onto the "ceramic bandwagon" as these lies and false promises come to the market, it will be the shops that stay honest and stand behind quality products that will get the clients. Every time a client gets a bad/ unreliable service from someone/ a product that is simply using buzzwords for sales, they are going to go searching for someone else when that service inevitably fails. Then after the proper education and trust from the shops that stand behind their products, that customer will be more appreciative and TRUST you for life. Creating relationships with your customers is always more beneficial than a quick "selling" job. Remember you are selling your service, your company, and your name with every job. Provide them with something they would be proud to share with their friends.

Does the sealant contain corrosive substances?
What sealant? And corrosive to what?
Do sealants corrode paint? Is it harmful to use it every 15 days?
