Hondas make brilliant engines all around. Their manual gearbox is beautiful. Their motorcycles are bulletproof and as smooth as butter. Also extremely reliable. You can’t go wrong.

Back in 2001, older brother gave me his 96 Civic EX with B18C5 swap as a graduation gift. Body had 70k miles & motor was from jdmzone in NJ with 72k verified miles. Drove it until 2011 n put just under 500k miles b4 he traded me his S13. He did a rebuild on the B18 motor & only had normal wear but gaskets/seals were old/brittle.
Mines got 120k on it rn and it’s been fine, I really needa change my oil tho tbh soon, 20% it says left am I cooked fellas? No engine lights yet I think it’s fine tbh
My brother just recently bought that exact blue car in the video and I can say out of experience it is very stable at 145mph and such a blast to drive in the corners
I daily an accord for the same reasons. It’s fast enough, it’s got tech, stable at high speed, carry passengers, big trunk, low insurance, good on gas, stable in snow, easy to work on and parts are cheap.
I’m not the kind of person that enjoys a low car. All I’ve had my whole life and the amount of times that I’ve gotten stuck in the snow or scraped the bottom of my car is crazy. To each their own!

Hell yeah. I've had every type of car. GTR, Benz, ford ,prelude, Veloster Turbo, ect. My all time favorite car is a manual 4 door civic 2003 base model no abs barebones. Last forever . Can drift in winter with proper tires. It even can plow though a field of snow and won't get stuck. $40 for a full tank @600km per tank. Best car ever. Gonna buy one again

I drive the mountains with a group of friends. We all have S2000s or type Rs. The type R is like an S2000 in hatchback form with actual torque. Most people would underestimate the performance of a type R. They’re legit.

The fact that John even complains about some type of leakage and pushes for reliability lets me KNOW he’s into cars and appreciates one when it’s great all around lol

My first all stock type s rsx were so fine at 140 mph. I miss it still.
As someone who drives older type rs from the 90s-00s, I approve of the newer ones, especially Cena driving one, and also driving a countach is hell, I did one time (such a heavy ass clutch)

Used have a Civic back in the day and absolutely loved it. Thing handled extremely well and took corners at higher speeds with ease. Fun car to drive daily.

Back in 2001, older brother gave me his 96 Civic EX with B18C5 swap as a graduation gift. Body had 70k miles & motor was from jdmzone in NJ with 72k verified miles. Drove it until 2011 n put just under 500k miles b4 he traded me his S13. He did a rebuild on the B18 motor & only had normal wear but gaskets/seals were old/brittle.
Maybe even more if u take real good care of it….

I daily an accord for the same reasons. It’s fast enough, it’s got tech, stable at high speed, carry passengers, big trunk, low insurance, good on gas, stable in snow, easy to work on and parts are cheap.

Hell yeah. I've had every type of car. GTR, Benz, ford ,prelude, Veloster Turbo, ect. My all time favorite car is a manual 4 door civic 2003 base model no abs barebones. Last forever . Can drift in winter with proper tires. It even can plow though a field of snow and won't get stuck. $40 for a full tank @600km per tank. Best car ever. Gonna buy one again

I drive the mountains with a group of friends. We all have S2000s or type Rs. The type R is like an S2000 in hatchback form with actual torque. Most people would underestimate the performance of a type R. They’re legit.
