    Neat job. Currently have three Hurris in my stash, including this one, but might try out the Hobby Boss 1/48 as a gateway drug. Thanks for sharing this one!

      Thanks for that. You should give it a go! Cracking build though. You’re welcome of course there’s a Vickers Wellington in the pot at the moment so that maybe something you might be interested in as well 👍

    Always, regardless of what you're painting, use WHITE undercoat for Yellow.

    Paint the roundels!!! 🤷🏻‍♂️ At that scale painted roundels are the dogs'! I built the old Airfix Hurricane. Lots of filling and sanding but really enjoyed the painting including the markings, challenging and a little naive-looking. But this kit looks much much better to put together. Love the desert scheme.
    Edit: subbed (despite saying deekle🙄😂)

    • @TheScaleModeler
      @TheScaleModeler  Год назад +1

      😂 I wish I had tbh but they did go down okish. If it was a more expensive kit I would have but it was my 1st 1/32 and 1st time spraying as well. I was nervous about it bleeding too. But now I have done it I’ll be more up for it next time. Thanks for sub and keep modelling 👍

    I was contemplating buying this kit, but was a bit put off because it had no tropical nose (as i really like that feature on the hurricane and spitfire) and it's not shown in the instructions at all (unless i'm reading them wrong), so i was surprised when you said that it's included in the kit. Might buy it after all. Thanks.

      Hi it is in the kit 👍 just not listed on that kit version (unused parts) There’s also the parts to make a sea hurricane in there

    Part of the reason you struggled with the fuselage joint was that you had the paint interfering with the glue. Clean your mating surfaces before you glue and it'll be a lot cleaner.

      100% appreciate that 👍 I have become more aware of this as times gone on. I think that was my 1st 1/32 in my 1st year building models as I’m new to the hobby and didn’t realise at the time of filming 👍

    Wow… what a beautiful looking Hurricane 😍😍😍 ummm I’m no expert on aircraft but I think your home made decals look amazing ummm more realistic 🤓🤓🤓 just my thoughts though so… anyway thank you very much for sharing this build with us 🙏😍👍
    I know RUclips videos are hard to do so my hats off to you there as I’ve never done one and, again if I’m honest, I’ll never do one. But you are extremely brave. Just try to relax more and explain what your doing doesn’t matter if your videos go on a bit it’s just nice to hear builders talking about what they’re doing and how they do it so don’t be scared or reluctant, just go with what you feel comfortable with doing. On the whole though excellent job sir 🤓😎😍 we’ll done you, I’ve subscribed and hit the bell so I get to see more of your wonderful builds. Keep up the great work and enjoy yourself doing it 😅😅😅 a great friend of mine who does RUclips said he pretends he’s talking on the phone to his wife and that got him through the first few videos, then it just came natural and now you can’t shut him up 😂😂😂 it may help you in the future to calm the old nerves 😅😅😅 and again this is in no way me being smart or snug or being nasty I’m just trying to help you so we get more from you… selfish of me I know but hey that’s me a selfish T@¥# 😂😂😂 anyway great video and beautiful job on the Hurricane 😍😍😍😎😎😎👍👍👍👍👍👍

    I will be happy when this kit comes to the USA. Not in our shops yet. You've done a very nice build and video of it. What is the price of the kit in your country?

      @@TheScaleModeler Thanks! I found the Amazon UK link in your video description and ordered one. Hope it helps you in some small way. By the way, I am a great fan of Greg's youtube channel as well. I subscribed to yours. Happy modeling!

      Thank you for your support there it’s much appreciated. People don’t realise how much of a boost it gives when they like a video or even subscribe. So appreciate you going the extra mile. Greg’s models is a cracking channel and the guys experience comes through plus he’s real. I will add I have never met him or know him. Take it easy and hope to produce some more content soon

      Hi yes the other way round though, tbh I will probably just keep to the latest video styles as it’s easier and I haven’t had any comments about the music lol, I use DaVinci resolve for editing 👍
