I always get Freight at really good rates coming from there. I've never had to take cheap Freight out of Laredo. Ever. And I've always found something.
I always carry glad hand seals in a baggie with about 10-12 seals. I bought 100 for 7.99 on Amazon blue and red ones to match my hose colors 🤣

Was there last week, grabbed a load to Dallas to do my cabbs, it was hot as shit too, also how many trailers you pick up need an inspection? I've yet to pick one up that didn't need one.
Most do, but sometimes the mobile repair guys will do them in advance. If you're picking up a trailer that needs one, and you've got the time, ask them.

Hahaha.... been a problem for ever. At my company we keep track of who dropped that trailer. They get a stop stealing the rubbers talking to. When i was a swifty 10+ yrs ago . We had a yard that not only provided rubbers but had a bucket of spare lights. Mostly turn signal. Sad life when u got to steal rubbers. It's almost as bad as stealing the truck stop towels. Really??? Who needs a towel that has wiped thousands of truckers wet asses 🤪
