It's cause I juked them. At 3 minutes you can see me place a grounding totem. The mage fire blasts it, I stop casting, then he casts CS. It's not improved so it doesn't apply the 3 second silence.

Flametongue on weapon and a dagger also does a surprising amounts of damage when coupled with lightning shield and fire totems.

Shaman is honestly SO HARD to play on TBC basically you're in a disadvantage against all classes to some extend
I agree. Shaman was one of the only classes to receive subtle nerfs instead of buffs (i.e. grounding)
