The power of music---- A huge crowd in Poland ,singing along with a song about a WW II German tank division. This performance was at the 2012 Polish Woodstock festival. You did Uprising from this show. Tommy joined in 2016, Hannes in 2014. that's Robban Back on drums , and Thobbe Englund on guitar. Bassist is Par Sundstrom, he and Joakim are original members and the primary songwriters. Chris Rorland is the other guitarist, he joined in 2012, not long before this show. 40:1 is another good song from this concert.
Only Sabaton could go to POLAND and get 500,000 plus to scream and sing along to a song about a GERMAN WW2 tank division. And if you think that was wild, you should see "40:1" from the same festival (story of 700 Polish soldiers who held off 40,000 German soldiers for three days). BTW, the guitarist was Thobbe Englund (now with Bloodbound). Tommy joined Sabaton in 2016. Pär Sundström (founding member) is the bassist. Stay safe, God Bless, keep rocking. Fast as the wind, the invasion has begun Shakin' the ground with the force of thousand guns First in the line of fire First into hostile land Tanks leadin' the way Leadin' the way Chargin' the lines with the force of a furious storm Fast as the lightnin' phantoms swarm Two hundred miles at nightfall Taken within a day Thus earnin' their name, earnin' their fame They are the Panzer elite Born to compete, never retreat Ghost Division Livin' or dead Always ahead Fed by your dread Always ahead as the blitzkrieg rages on Breakin' morale with the sound of blazin' guns First in the line of fire First into hostile land Tanks leadin' the way Leadin' the way Leavin' a trail of destruction through a foreign land (Wagin' war with conviction) Massive assault live to serve the Nazi plan (Wehrmachts pride, ghost division) Communications broken Phantoms too far away Thus earnin' their name, earnin' their fame They are the Panzer elite Born to compete, never retreat Ghost Division Livin' or dead Always ahead Fed by your dread Pushin' the frontline forth with a tremendous force (Far ahead, breaks resistance) Breathin' the way for Panzer corps (Show no fear, self-subsistent) First in the line of fire First into hostile land Tanks leadin' their way, claimin' their fame They are the Panzer elite Born to compete, never retreat Ghost Division Livin' or dead Always ahead Fed by your dread Panzer elite Born to compete, never retreat Ghost Division Livin' or dead Always ahead Fed by your dread Songwriters: Joakim Broden, Par Sundstrom

For starters: Great Tour 2020, "Winged Hussars" Warsaw, Poland "Great War" Praque, Czech Republic "In Livstid I Krig" (Lifetime of War), Götteborg, Sweden - for this you'll need captions. Stage set-up now is even better, you'll see. You embarked on Sabaton Journey, and it's a fascinating one. If you wanna know more about historical aspect of their songs they have Sabaton History Channel, were historian, Indy Neidel explaines every song. Check it out. 🎶🇵🇱
Pär (the basist) is pronounced "Pair" in Swedish This was before Tommy Johansson`s time in the band. The guitarrists here were Chris Rörland (still in the band) and Thobbe Englund (The one Tommy replaced) Thobbe was amazing as well!
Thank you for another great reaction to Sabaton!! You really should take the time to listen to another great live performance. It is " En livstid i krig " from The great tour in Gothenburg. An amazing performance with an incredible audience. If you listen to it, do it with the captions on, cause they sing in Swedish and the lyrics are really really good.
@@metalzonereactions Original Members: Daniel Mullback, Rikard Sundén, Pär Sundström, Joakim Brodén and Oskar Montelius. The band was founded in 1999 by bassist Pär Sundström and frontman Joakim Brodén who have been leading the power metal charge for nearly two decades.

This is a good concert live. I'm not familiar with this drummer or their older material before Hannes on drums. Loved the music and energy, Sabaton doesn't put out anything that's not good.

Fast as the wind, the invasion has begun
Shakin' the ground with the force of thousand guns
First in the line of fire
First into hostile land
Tanks leadin' the way
Leadin' the way
Chargin' the lines with the force of a furious storm
Fast as the lightnin' phantoms swarm
Two hundred miles at nightfall
Taken within a day
Thus earnin' their name, earnin' their fame
They are the Panzer elite
Born to compete, never retreat
Ghost Division
Livin' or dead
Always ahead
Fed by your dread
Always ahead as the blitzkrieg rages on
Breakin' morale with the sound of blazin' guns
First in the line of fire
First into hostile land
Tanks leadin' the way
Leadin' the way
Leavin' a trail of destruction through a foreign land
(Wagin' war with conviction)
Massive assault live to serve the Nazi plan
(Wehrmachts pride, ghost division)
Communications broken
Phantoms too far away
Thus earnin' their name, earnin' their fame
They are the Panzer elite
Born to compete, never retreat
Ghost Division
Livin' or dead
Always ahead
Fed by your dread
Pushin' the frontline forth with a tremendous force
(Far ahead, breaks resistance)
Breathin' the way for Panzer corps
(Show no fear, self-subsistent)
First in the line of fire
First into hostile land
Tanks leadin' their way, claimin' their fame
They are the Panzer elite
Born to compete, never retreat
Ghost Division
Livin' or dead
Always ahead
Fed by your dread

Livin' or dead
Always ahead
Fed by your dread
