This is just so brilliant! Such an affectionate study of characters - yet so funny because we recognise ourselves or someone we know. Thanks for uploading!
It's the episode with the estate agent that gets me, when Rhys Thomas and Charlie Higson lose it after Simon Day asks what is the biggest house in the world.
I really rated this but is anyone else struggling to find it all on youtube? If you can send me a message showing me where I can get it all then do please.
Just listened to Lucy Montgomery's Variety Pack show on Radio 4... It would have to be one of the worst comedy shows I have ever had the misfortune to have listen to!
Brit TV is about as good as it gets - but when it comes to radio, and if this is an example of contemporary British radio, it's pretty ordinary. Shame, because I still laugh at the insanely silly Goon Show and the standard setting Beyond The Fringe and Hitchhiker's Guide... Fake calls are not new - Don Imus, a US radio entity was doing that almost 40 years ago in Cleveland Ohio. How about something original folks?
Paul Whitehouse never ceases to amaze
A national genius. We need more laughs please
This has GOT to be brought back on the radio!
Sort it out guys!

Corpsing all over the place, especially Rhys Thomas!

There’s a brilliant spoof of Down The Line...it’s called Any Answers, it’s on every Saturday on Radio 4...but the characters are just too ridiculous!
So true.
Beat that!
Wouldn't surprise me - thanks.
I've been trying to find about that new colour that was discovered a few years back. Minge, a tinge of minge. Can't find the clip.

Beyond the Fringe wasn't a radio show, and this isn't just fake calls. Besides, the satire on this show goes far deeper than anything on TV.
RIP Felix
