Fava Bean Harvest

This spring was so dry that the Fava beans did not thrive. We didn't want to take the chance of losing seed by swathing, so we direct cut them in the 100 degree weather. We did wind up doubling our seed but will have none to sell, just enough to plant our own cover crops.
