I started listening to kpop and watching variety in 2011 I had a lot of real problems and when I watched shows and listen to music it helped me forget about my daily problems so I do understand what the last girl is saying she feels the best when she watching kpop just let her be she’ll grow out of it just like I did.

I feel bad for the third concern. I feel that the girl is going through alot of hardships alone, and her family is not by her side. She couldn't find any one to love her or to open her heart to, that is the reason she is addicted to kpop. I hope her family realises that and be there for her.
Exactly, i think she might even be going through a depression. She has some of the symptoms that i also had before my diagnosis. But I really hope that from here on out she can be happy again and spend more time with her family

I'm better than i was two years ago, but it's a slow healing progress that you never really heal from. I also just think that there needs to be a lot more communication in that family in general. Let's just hope that they can be a happy family from now on:)

The comment about the girl wishing she had brown eyes like her mom reminds me of my neighbor. He was adopted by a Swedish family but had dark skin. One day I talked to him and he said "I wish I was white like you". It made me really sad and upset. I understand the feeling he must have had not looking like his parents and wanting to look like them. This girl hopefully realizes how amazing and unique this makes her though!
JaeHyunFae I have a similar background to that guy, I was adopted into an Australian family with dark skin. I live in Australia so it isn’t as bad as it would be if he lives in Sweden, but you tend to get used to having different skin. The only time I find it a problem is when I’m introducing my parents to my friends and going out in public.
That’s just my experience, though! I hope he’s doing well, he should know that there are a lot of us who feel the same way ^^
That's the entire basis of discrimination. People just don't like others who are different. It's not about skin colour, eye colour, height, weight, attractiveness, it's about you being different. You can do everything right in life, but if you're different from others, you'll still be ostracized.
She’s lost a lot of weight I give her so much respect because I am fat myself I know how it feels like not feeling confident in my own body and people having a say on my body but I wish she does it in a healthier manner.....

i gave up bodybuilding because i had no enough muscles on my shoulders.
i hear crack sound everytime i lift wheights so i was like if i continue on this i would get serious injury.
so i thought cardio was alot better for me
If you've not enough muscle in your shoulders then focus on building the front, middle and rear deltoid muscles (your shoulder muscles), target them until you feel you've created enough muscle to go and work on other muscles effectively.

I understand the last girl so much ... she didn't receive enough attention when she was younger therefore she found a way to make herself feel better and forget about her unhappiness, I think the problem is not that she is a fan of more groups, but the fact that there is no communication with the family.
I moved school as well and it was really hard for me because everyone already knew each other and it made me feel like I wasn't part of anything but I didn't give up and as time went by I found nice people that I befriended, I know how much stress that must have given her, I really hope she finds someone she can befriend so she won't feel lonely anymore, cause from how she spoke that's the main concern ...

Like, if I was only allowed to be a fan of a few groups I wouldn't even be a fan of Pristin or 2pm for example since there are groups I like more than others, being multifandom means you support more people who are just doing what they love to do, I personally love underrated groups since they often come to my country and they are amazing and hardworking and there's usually no fandom wars, it's also nice to know I can support them and help them continue doing what they love

True the reason why a lot of kpop fans are obsessed its because they are facing some really hard problems that they can't tell their family about it. Kpop is their escape from this world. I understand since sometimes I feel so stressed that the only thing that can help me release stress is my Kpop idols.
To all the die hard kpop/non kpop singers fans that put away their well being and money "for their idols", remember that the very thing they wish you through their songs is to live your life, take care of yourself and others and never give up ❤❤ learn to love their music without letting yourself out. I somehow relate to the seconf concern.I'm 162cm and 60kg.I feel uncomfortable by looking in the mirror or meeting my friends so I avoid going out as much as possible.feeling uncomfortable in your skin is a nightmare...
I know how you feel. I have the same issue, too. But i am fighting against it every day and i wish you the strenght to do that, too. Also please keep in mind, that it doesn't matter if you weight 60kg. It is about being healthy. There won't be a bodybuilder who eats healthy and works out, that weights less then 60 - 70 kilo. Don't try to reach a certain weight, try to reach happiness. It will be hard, so let's both work on that together.

I cried so much watching this video. I don't have kids and I am an adult, but I just got vitiligo in my early 20s. Lots of people would ask me why my skin looks different and it did hurt me a lot. but now I've learnt to accept it as myself and when someone asks I just answer. Kids... maybe don't have the capacity to cope with people's stare and whispers (even I had a really hard time with them) so please, be mindful of others. It's okay to be different, it's special. I hope the three of them are healthy and stronger. :)

I can relate to the last girl. I'm also introverted and didn't have any close friends for most of middle school and high school. But following bands or idols can make you feel like you have friends that understand you, and obsessing about guys (that seem nicer and cooler than guys in the real world) keeps you hopeful when things aren't going so great in your life. But she'll realize sooner or later that she needs to have real relationships. Idol groups are like a band aid for her loneliness, but they won't really fix her problems, and obsessing about them too much could end up pushing her further into isolation.

Since you are a doctor, can you tell us the "obvious" symptoms? (i kinda relate to her and i know my mental health took a huge drop since middle school, but i never had a diagnosis)
As a multi fan I can't really judge concern number 3 however I do think it's consuming her life. As the chef said it's affecting the way she treats her fam and that's a problem. Also as others have said she may grow out of it. Also she may be depressed or stressed and this is her outlet at the moment. Until the source of the stress is tackled she'll always find something to obsess about so she can escape the stress.

The parents of the little child in the first concern should get her into modeling. That way she will be accepted easier by the koreans. I agree the little girl is beautiful for who she is and it is really rare that a Korean gir cand be born with blue or green eyes let alone with one blue left eye. the last girl really reminded me of me 3-4 years ago. I was in the middle of puberty and really obsessed with one direction and I used to argue a lot with my family. Just like me she seemed really insecure, the way her voice was very shaky and quiet and how she always hid her face behind her hair, i did all of that back then.
I really hope she can find confidence and learn how to manage the "fan life" and her personal life. Even now I listen and know the names to around 30 kpop groups (even tho I don't consider me a fan of all those groups holy guacamole I just "stan" around 10 groups and I'm not really a die hard fan lmao) I learned how to also spend time with my family and not to disrespect them in anyway.

... the second concern ... firstly I applaud her cause I've been trying to lose weight these past years but with no results, I am amazed that she was so determined to obtain her goal weight, but it destroyed her self esteem so much that even if she reaches her goal, he won't be happy,
I have quite a low self esteem as well but I try little by little every day to improve it, for example I tell myself that I am beautiful every time I look in the mirror,
I don't think reaching her goal now is the best idea because she will ruin her health if she continues, it's good that she exercises as well but she needs to a variety of food so her body won't break down,
Her family needs to help her but most importantly she needs to realize that she is beautiful as she is, I'm not saying that she should go back to the weight she had before, but just keep a balanced lifestyle
