nice stuff, but it seems to be the teachings of Jesus made very practical. btw, didn't Buddha abandon his family, India, and Hinduism to find peace which resulted in his creating Buddhism. He found the Chinese accepted his teachings. Still, good words to live by for becoming a good person.

If sustenance of individual life is possible then one cannot hope to find any clue to the relevant method from any DEAD person: Plato, Aristotle, Buddha, Jesus, Mohamed, Newton, Darwin, Einstein or anybody else.
If any of them had even the slightest idea about how it is possible, then han (she/he) would have followed it to the hilt and remained still alive here to explain the method to all others personally.
So don't waste time following "ancient wisdom", but derive your own path to survival by analyzing the mechanism how particle interactions inside the earth develop PLANTS on its own surface, to then deliver and sustain living beings here through them.
