Thanks for the video I found out about it by mistake. Its not a permanent fix but it helps, im with 6750 XT and the Boost is set to 2634MHZ - constant crashes even in other games, I lowerd it to 2485MHZ and its better now for the last 2 months, its just that the MW3 engine is broken with AMD drivers and GPU's and they dont care, the game will crash again...

Hey I have the 4080 and this started happening just lately,after updating my driver's,I downgraded to older drivers and it seems to be ok...need more time to test. Also not sure if you notice but some drivers give me a lot more GPU usage,was getting up to 80% usage with frame rate capped at 110,now with older drivers only up to 60%. (1440p)

Nice, yeah it help... funny part is it will be the same with BO6 but still wants you to buy it
