There is more than one type of anxiety, many are hard to describe. I only know my own I can’t truly understand yours or another’s. People are breaking all around us. People need people to keep them standing
I hate having panic attacks and anxiety attacks...my ex used to fake panic and anxiety attacks trying to get on disability and would fake them at the drs office and the drs always called him out on it because you could tell they weren't real.....he learned he couldn't imitate how I am when I have them.....he was an idiot

When my family was homeless years ago and my mom would have to ask for money from people in order to feed my brother and I. I remembered we would have enough money to get 2 tacos for a $1 dollar for that being said, Jack in the box will always hold a special place in my heart.

My husband's father did this. Married a woman only 6 years older than him when my husband was 16. To our knowledge, they are still married, though she regularly leaves him for 3-6 months because she "can't take it" but then comes back when she is out of money. Go figure.

Pausing at 4:32 to note: Sleeping in separate rooms is not "concerning." It's a valid choice, that can be made for a number of reasons not related to problems in the relationship, and doesn't state anything definitive about a couple's sex life, for or against. For my partner and I, sleeping separately has been wonderful for the relationship. Especially when our sleep schedules don't match up, of course, but in general. Having separate spaces (asleep or awake) is incredibly good for the longevity and peace of a relationship, even more so for introverts.

Kendall, last night, i saw that an 18-year old girl in ohio went missing. her name is madison bell and she is a senior in high school that was going to the tanning salon but never showed up to the salon or went home. there has been a significant spike in the disappearances and kidnapping of girls aged 15-18. it would be much appreciated to the community searching for her and to spread awareness for these kinds of things. just posting something on social media about her-maddie- could bring home so many girls and bring peace to the community. -💓 i hope anyone sees this so that there is awareness of these kinds of things

I was in an extremely abusive relationship before and any time I would try to call someone my ex would take my phone away or just throw and break it so I hid a cheap little burner phone in the only room in the house that locked in case of emergency and I’m glad I did!

Instead you get these toxic couples who rather take out their issues on each other, or on their own kids. It's not healthy but the stigma definitely exists. As a woman whose raised a daughter and been through junior high myself, most of us can spot a drama queen with a horrible performance. Her eyes were not wild like she had suffered the most horrific scene. She was trying desperately to pretend to gasp for air. He character tell anyone what they need to know. Period. Sleeping in separate bedrooms shouldn’t be seen or suggested to be concerning. So many couples have different sleep needs, and using different beds/rooms eliminates the conflict caused by lack of sleep due to snoring, movement or compromising on different light/sound needs. Myself and so many happy couples I know sleep separately and it really helps when you wake up liking each other because you didn’t annoy the shit out of each other overnight ☺️
