I used to be grossed out by vomiting too but it was actually when I started working in EMS that I realized there are so many waaaaay worse things that can happen to a human body 😫

I swear these are the most wholesome people. I love all of them, the short-haired lady, the soul-patch boy, his hot sidekick that is usually driving. You can tell they all truly care, and there is a bedside manner that is exactly what people need when they are in crisis. Little bits of comfort when you're scared out of your mind go a long way.

@@afenismama Some people are neither. This happened to me after I only drank 3 beers back to back on an empty stomach. Most days I could drink a whole six pack of Bud Light and not even feel any different. Just like any other drug, your experience depends on your state of mind, environment, other drugs used like Nicotine or weed, and your immediate physical health like what you ate (or didn't) for example.

As an emergency room nurse I can sympathize. These kind of patients are always my worst nightmare. Blood and guts no problem but this, uh uh.

Man when Nick got vomited on, if that was me, I would have vomited right back at him! I can't stand the sound, let alone having someone actually vomit on me! I wouldn't have been able to stop myself from vomiting right back at him. I only say right back at him, because of the way Nick was facing when the guy vomited on him.

oh, those noises-
As someone who has projectile vomited bloody vomit on oneself, I can tell you it isn't fun! I was in the hospital, dealing with cancer, and my body was literally shutting down! The vomit was brown from the blood; but I made it through it, and I'm okay now! Been cancer free for a year and a half! Before that, I had never really thrown up from anything besides the one time I got drunk, so it was really crazy when I just started throwing up out of nowhere!

I've felt like this twice before. Without a doubt I can say it's the absolute WORST feeling I've ever experienced. Hyper-emesis, excessive ammonia smelling sweat, room spinning, wanting to die, heavy breathing, and extremely high pulse rate. I felt so nauseated my soul was like "let me out of here!" Imagine going to the state fair and riding the "Tornado" times 1,000. I still get sick to my stomach every time I think about it.
Best thing to do if you get oversaturated is to close your eyes and remain COMPLETELY still, don't even lift a finger. Take deep breathes and try your best to stay awake.
Yeah. I had a severe stomach bug and was using the bathroom and throwing up so much that every movement resulted in me getting sick. I couldn't even keep water down.

I will never forget when I got admitted to hospital sitting in the waiting bay and someone being wheeled past turned and projectile vomited all over my bed and me was the worst thing I’ve ever had happen to me
