Bro did you overclock ur GPU ? I have also same specs but my fps on low is also not able to achieve 60fps properly

I don't overcloc my gpu, just optimize the gpu.

1. Update your GPU Driver
2. Im using win 10
3. Clean your PC, im using CCcleaner
4. turn off app run in background (Task manager-Startup apps- disable app
5. make sure your laptop using fan cooler
