This is amazing! I wish you knew how badly i needed this right now. I was just about to call my coaches and tell them I am done with this volleyball season. The mental aspect of volleyball is so important and people sometimes don't understand that. When you miss that pass or swing into the net and have your coaches and the bench yelling at you, you need something or someone to bring you up. I am now realizing that the only person that I truly am letting down is myself. And it is not because I missed the pass or slammed the ball into the net. It is because I let that one play takeover me. I now understand that, no matter what mistake I made nothing can stop me from making the next play the best one yet! So THANK YOU! You might just have saved my volleyball career!!

I’m a setter and my friend says I play horrible, when I’m in my house I play majestic but when I’m in school i don’t know what happens that I play horrible, I don’t know why that happens I only want to be on the team if I were good enough. But guess what… yes I’m not good enough I set so bad I dont know why, in my house when no one is seeing me I play like a professional setter

Hey Volleyball country, there's a new training movement called ATG made by Kneesovertoesguy, which you guessed it promotes knees over toes movements to train the knees, you once said that knee pain will happen in any professional volleyball player careers which I still believe is true, but do you mind checking them out? This way of training can reduce knee pain and some people with chronic knee pain has improved dramatically. I just hope to see what you think of it and maybe it'll be more known throughout volleyball players!

And in the end LeBron (natural super gifted) is face of NBA, Stephen Curry the grestest shooter in NBA, another natural gifted, guy who have much more quicker release only cuz he born with. Ofc they work thier buts off. But to be honest, hard work beats talent only if talent do nothing. If someone rely only on thier atletism, but is someone have better genetics and works as much as you. You are fucked up.
