I know this girl Nicole she's like an idol to me. Shes a badass no one messes with her. She packed her stuff on her own her own and moved to a ciity far away by herself a single mom. We must learn to recognize that we are inherently worthy and that all of the negativity is created from the external circumstances that we were brought up in from childhood. We need to get rid of these negative thinking patterns and truly let ourselves shine. Anything that is making you dislike or hate yourself is something that needs to be addressed probably from childhood or earlier developmental stages.

I know a lot of you listen to this when you're lost. I too have felt short in life in all aspects. I tried to call my life quits, but then I thought it was about one last effort or else it will be very selfish of me to take away this gift of life. I started my journey in March, I was about 290 pounds and now I am 220 pounds. I have started training my mind everyday, my body and mostly I have taught myself that I'm enough for me. My purpose is to create a chain on happiness throughout the world and for that I am preparing myself first. I promise when I am done, I will have less depressed people in this world. Keep me in your prayers. All the love for all of you.
