Probably eBay is your best option. If your engine has a carb, it’s probably best to rebuild your current one and epoxy the bowl if it’s leaking.
How do you stop the motor? Is there a key?
There is a stop button on the tiller
No kill cord attachment?

All 25 mercs, shake. 2 stroke
The rubber strip around the base of the cowling was bad. I replaced it afterwards and it fixed it
