Covers are not, 100%. Depending on its use it could be declared fair use if they only sang a bit, but as a lawyer described, fair use is a shield not a sword. NOTHING is INHERENTLY fair use, the only way something can be declared fair use is if someone goes after it, it goes to court, and the jury declares it fair use, other than that things that could be covered by fair use are in a gray area, AH is trying to avoid all that trouble
Yes and no, some companies don't allow them and you need a special third party contract to actually use it. Even thought you can DMCA for almost no reason. There is a dude who uploaded a static screen like old TVs one and he got 10 DMCA... 😢
To add on to what commenters have said, RUclipss algorithm also doesnt really care anymore. Any bit of music gets picked up now and automatically gets flagged. Getting that fixed now is a bigger hassle than its worth i believe so AH is probably just taking the financially sound route and avoiding it all together.

It basically boils down to what geoff said..roosterteeth is becoming nothing more than a bunch of cowards..i have NEVER seen a lets play get copyrighted or taken down due to them singing and they do it constantly..its seems like ever since patrick left or whatever happened to him and this eric guy took over everything changed..personally i want patrick back he didnt interrupt the podcasts to try to get on camera EVERY single week and EVERY boradcast show thats shown.

I definitely think they went a little overkill on the censoring BUTTTT I can only assume that there must be a genuine reason why they've gone so overkill on it, like maybe they or other channels have been unfairly striked/videos claimed recently for no reason so their response is to be incredibly overly cautious about it.

...I'm with Trevor, I have a mighty need for Theater Mode Aux: Horror Edition with Alfredo now.
Nothing wrong with doing livestreams around US timezones, international fans understand. But where in the past there have been a long livestreams that were streamed once, maybe repeated the next day and then no way to see it... That is just bullshit. Bad enough if it's a 2hr stream, let alone some of the all day streams. We are supposed to watch 7-12hrs in 1or2 sittings?
Twitch streamers will often go for long stretches, but it's generally available for at least 30 days via VOD. So if the London event has a VOD hosted on RUclips or the Rooster Teeth app I'll watch it. If not, despite being in my timezone it will be equally unwatchable.
I think it may be a part of it being a First member thing. Where the content is exclusive to them as an incentive to sign up, so one who actually pays to watch gets rewarded with more content. Which I get as a concept, but don't think should be done for this particular kind of video. I'm American and totally capable of watching most streams and podcasts when they are live, but don't because I don't want to miss anything. In this video I had to take breaks to let cats back inside and use the bathroom and such, and if it was live I'd have missed almost half of it. I'll gladly wait a few extra days to watch the version where I can pause.

Chris Corcoran sadly it’s just how RUclips decides to run things. Many big content creators had a lot of videos either demonetized or muted entirely simply because a song was sung. And on top of all that, the comments regarding some artists and producers are included in that.
Plus, they sing all the time in other videos.
Games really aren't how they used to be. Of course nostalgia plays a huge part, but what made those games great was the community. Sure, there were trash talking idiots that wouldn't shut up, but the amount of friends I made on Xbox Live back in the day was amazing. It was like every few games I played in Halo 3 or MW2 when I wasn't in a party, I'd make a new friend. We don't have that anymore. Most people on Xbox don't even talk anymore, and those that do are either assholes or keep it strictly to callouts for the game. We simply don't have the communities we used to have. Trash talking also had an element of fun. It wasn't pure vitriolic hate like you see nowadays. There was a way to do it where it was obviously joking/rivalry. Now it seems like everyone is just taking out their issues on the people they play games with. It's some bullshit. Anyway, there is truth to games and gaming communities not being the way they used to be. If you don't already have friends to play a game with, chances are you will never have those awesome fun experiences of meeting new people in-game and hitting it off.

Okay, the editing got annoying, but I think it made much more of a point about how fucking STUPID the whole RUclips Copyright thing has gotten and I have to back Geoff up on this. I mean god fucking damn it, folk are getting copyright strikes against their own original music from Copyright Trolls saying that they own the music and the troll is assumed to be correct until proven otherwise, other companies seem to think that having anything more than 5 seconds of a song will steal them of ANY revenue they could possibly get (despite evidence that having a full song on RUclips can actually increase sales of that song) and you can get copyright strikes for stuff that ISN'T EVEN IN THE FUCKING VIDEO because God forbid you irritated a company by saying you don't like it or some.

In order of easiest to hardest for SLASO: Floodgate (you can complete this mission without fighting), Halo (again, plenty of skips and the Infinite Spartan Laser glitch), Cortana (an annoying level but this one can be speedrun); Tsavo Highway and the Storm similar difficulty (I'd say Tsavo Highway is easier because there's more you can skip), then Sierra 117 followed by Covenant, Crow's Nest, and the biggest pain in the Ark.
22:54 Any strong tasting (Should immediately register in your brain) drink/food is a good anti-hangover... except chilly stuff.. For me, thats Fireball whiskey. I've tried it 6 times and no matter how drunk I am, even 1 shot of this drink and I'm alright. I drank 3 concentrated alcohol shots, 6 other assorted shots, got high (first time trying something different) and 15 minutes later (when my world was spinning), drank 1 shot of fireball unknowingly offered by a friend... tada! Got up, paid my bill and walked off like nothing happened. (the time I did not take a fireball, I was trying to find the exit on an almost open ground.. fun times)

This'll probably go unnoticed, but one critique I have for the card game is the player count. Why only 4 players maximum? (I think) every single AH Heist has had at least 5 or 6 people in it, should have at least gotten to that number.
