Very true. I use the crossbow quite often. About the Chill Out mask, not really for the Armor but the extra mod slot so I could stack even more PFE mods.

I have the most fun with PFE builds. Especially when Rogue agents show up 🤣. It works beautifully and for the Legandary missions too. Good stuff love it!!
PFE converts Legendary difficulty into Heroic basically. And in my opinion, It is quite beneficial to have in certain activities like Tidal Basin Legendary.
Dude it's easy to stay alive when you have a tank giving non stop Vanguard. Tank in a legendary is a complete waste for me. This build will definitely help a casual player though.... I run a combo of an all red striker, Hotshot, and intimidate/AR PFE build for Tidal and Manning depending on the room. Usually sub 30 clears

I'd suggest farming Countdown with targeted loot set to ARs or buy named item caches.

He means you can use strikers mask and improvised holster or gloves. You will get same amount of PFE but get more CHC/CHD attributes

I've found hardwire turret/cluster mines has been my most consistent build for all legendaries

HI, how can you set attributes on the mask to 13% against elite???
Those are mods. You have to equip Protection from Elites mods on your gear including the mask.

I was playing with randoms and that guy with Vanguard was complete coincidence. But the build works the same even Solo. Try it out.
Well, I just watched a guy solo this same map using a tank with shield and pistol. It was pretty impressive.
