Hi bro, Thank you very much for your lecturer & you helped me a lot. I would like to add a point here, in 9:20 Instead of threshold voltage you are mentioning it's pinch off voltage. correct me, if am wrong. Thank you once again.

The double subscript represents the supply voltage. When both letters of the subscripts are same then it represents the supply voltage. For example, Vdd represents the supply voltage connected at the drain terminal. Vds represents the voltage between the two node. (Drain and source). While the single subscript represents the voltage between the particular node and ground. For example, Vd represents the voltage between the drain and ground. I hope, it will clear your doubt.
SiO2 acts as dielectric ...when Vgs is -ve ie when gate voltage is negative with respect to source within SiO2 electric field with develop which will repel electrons in n channel and will attract holes from p substrate thereby increasing depletion region due recombination further if we increase negative voltage of gate at certain negative gate voltage ,drain current will become 0 .

Hi Bro, Why you are changing supply voltage of Drain & Source in P-Channel ? What if give same as like N-Channel, Drain = +, Source = -. ?
The indians are always the best at explaining electronics. thank you so much my friend.
Sri lankan is best

Thank you so much, my friend, you are doing an extraordinary job!!!!!!!!
one of the best youtube channels i have ever seen
Your explanation is of high quality and you covers all the points in one concept.Keep on going like this👍👍
Thanks for best explanation indian brother
Love from.pakistan 🇵🇰
Really the topic is full clear after watching this video. ...
Thank you sir
Thank you very much sir... Really I'm great full to listen ur classes... Clear explination sir 👌👏
Sister, take care of your spelling...small thing, but matters a lot
Best of the best channel for University student thank u sir this helps alot❤️❤️❤️
This will help me lot in my next project
Thank you 😊 clear explanation
I usually watch neso academy for electronics. But today i found better channel than NESO. LIKE if its true!!!!!!!!
Is it better than neso academy
Please reply bro
Looking forward to this series, excellent explanation 👌👍
Excellent explanation which will make to high score in exams...
Tq soo much
This video helps me a lot for my preparation
thanks for the hardwork of making these videos.

Thank you very much for your lecturer & you helped me a lot. I would like to add a point here, in 9:20 Instead of threshold voltage you are mentioning it's pinch off voltage. correct me, if am wrong. Thank you once again.
channel is already present in DMOSFET so Vt doesn't come into play here
This is the besttt explanation of mosfet that I've watched! Thank you so much!
best*
Precious lecture on RUclips in short time
Excellent explanation. Till now I have really learnt a lot .
The best explanations!
Thank you very much!! Very heplful.
Btw, what is the program/software used that looks like a board and you can writr colorful equations etc ?
BATTERY TERMINALS ARE REVERSED 08:23 (VDDIS -VE BUT CORRESPONDING ID IS +VE)
yes
I have recommended your channel to all my friends
It's given wrong in p type flow of current is given wrong

+1 😂😂 N type galat hai💦
Great work
Vds is -ve so why is it in positive x directions in the output characteristics
Yes, it is negative but just for the sake of representation it was shown on the positive side.
Great explanation all my doubts got cleared thanks .
thanks a lot
Thank u so much. Gud explanation
Sir you're really awesome
Very nice 👌👌
Thanks sir 🙏
Sir please aap notes bhi provide kijiye .
MOSFET Ka🏅😊
but why substrate is connected to the the same terminal as the gate as it will appose the movement of electrons .
Thank you!
Nice
Thank you for the excellent lecture
crystal clear explanation..
very nice and easy explanation.
thank you...
Thanks a lot man ❤❤
Very neat explanation
In n channel mosfet when Vgs is negative, then is the behavior similar to that of enhancement type n mosfet ?
free electrons moves source to drain so that drain curret flowing drain to source....
EXCELLENT EXPLANATION
really very helpful..
very helpful for EEEian
super bro
dog bark in the background cute!
Hi sir can i get any notes for your classes sir.
Very nice sir.But it is better to explain the operation in cases. I hope u will👍
good explanation
Thanks for this video
you are amazing
💯 nicely explained
nice sir jee
excuse me, what Vdd stands for? I thought it is Vds (voltage applied to source-drain)
Vdd is the supply voltage applied at the drain terminal.
@@ALLABOUTELECTRONICS why do u call it DD?

@@ALLABOUTELECTRONICS got it. Thank you ever so much👍
If Gate is -ve,And Sio2 is insulating layer then how the charges are reppeled???
SiO2 acts as dielectric ...when Vgs is -ve ie when gate voltage is negative with respect to source within SiO2 electric field with develop which will repel electrons in n channel and will attract holes from p substrate thereby increasing depletion region due recombination further if we increase negative voltage of gate at certain negative gate voltage ,drain current will become 0 .
I think voltage across source is always 0 ie it is ground
Thank you so much
Sir plz explain IGBT if possible....
thanks
Thanks you sir🙏
what does it mean by Vp in 7.12
It is the pinch-off voltage.
Tnx bro
Thank you ❤️..
Thank you
Sio2 examples
How can I get notes for theory of FET and MOFET...
Please check the website. www.allaboutelectronics.org
Many notes for MOSFET are updated there.
Thank you
7:46 why the polarity of pmos got reversed??
Because for the p-channel MOSFET, the Vds is negative and Vgs is positive.
Good
very vell explained
Superb bro
Did i just understand mosfet
Lol
There is no Vgs connection in the diagram. Wow!!such a great way of confusing video
may be you should study network theory first before analog
Kon kon PEC ka IEEE ko cover karna ka liye aya ha 😗
You have left the topic of pinch off voltage.
thank you for this video
but i think you meant vp = |vgs| = |-4| = 4v
what is Vp though?
What is ss?
It's Substrate
👍
Send it's notes........
