Boys a natural great save Just added a 10 x36 big blue to mine and a separate 20” one filled with bone char carbon after Andy’s advice to combat the metals not something that has ever been a problem .Decided to bite the bullet drums being ordered tomorrow and out with the nexus and tempest going to add another 1 1/2 outlet to the skimmer and drop them into 3”
Hi Dean. I was asked if I wanted an amalgam and it was an option I could have had. As my EA uv was working at the time I was a tight a@&e and said no…… should have said yes 🤦🏼♂️
Another great video Dave 👍 What does the Amalgam do that a normal UV not do? Do you need one just to keep the screens in the drum clean? Do you not need one for the pond itself, or is the amalgam enough. Need to catch up soon. Hope you're well.
Keeper placement was spot on could of closed down area before the strike but good reflexes and hand eye coordination Great Save 👏🏻 👏🏻 Still Love my multi-bay it’s “Simples” if setup correctly 🤷🏻♂️ but maybe when I get abit older 😅 I’ll get a hang-on Drum 🤔
Great stuff I pm that guy my postcode for the water info and change of dechlorinator. Keep me posted if that uv works our better although not a fan of changing my pipework
according to the ct1 rep , white is the only colour you can't use on a pond , as there is something different in the make up , so not sure if it will cause you any problems with your fish ,
I had to look this up (was worrying 😂) White is suitable for marine so I’ll keep my fingers crossed. The unit itself has a gasket so it wasn’t really needed in all honesty…. Just me faffing!

Yeah - needs to be a bit quicker off the mark. Nothing wrong with a multibay. They give great results 👍🏼

So far, I wouldn’t say I’ve seen a difference. Being honest, if I hadn’t broken the normal inline uv I wouldn’t have changed/upgraded. 👍🏼👍🏼
