It’s his responsibility to watch his children. Men with children love to rush into marriage and relationships to have a free babysitter when it’s their time to have their children. You’ll rarely see a man ask for any type of custody without having a woman (spouse, girlfriend, female relative) in close proximity to do the work.
Each person has their own responsibility. Simon has a responsibility obviously. Porsha has a responsibility to her own principles based on children that have nothing to do with it. That's all Aunty Fumi is saying. It's not zero-sum, that Simon has responsibility doesn't mean that Porsha doesn't have responsibility between her and the children whos lives she had gotten into.
African males (outside the West) usually get custody because they have more resources.
They dont need a girlfriend to look after their kids for them. That’s something black American women/girlfriends are willing to do i.e. take on another woman’s children.

Porsha agreed to look after the children when he was away, and that's why she quit all her jobs. Porsha will lose, and I am not even a fan of Simon
There’s no discussion that Parents should be able to do for their children. This is not a point of arguments. However, when you are a person, male or female, and the children are left with you who is supposed to be doing what is not relevant. Is doing the best thing by children is what is relevant. And was the best thing for her to do to abandon the children no I agree she did not care because if you care you would not do that she didn’t even pretend the care Fallon took care of the children allegedly while Porsche was creeping around and sneaking around with Simon. All she cared about was how to get to the bag. She can play stupid, gullible and naïve, but in my humble opinion, Herr was the bag she put her 15 months in and she was ready to check out and get her money.

I feel absolutely no empathy for Porsha. She was very willing to give up her jobs just be someone’s kept wife even though she heard Falynn say he would leave her in the home for weeks with the children. She’s greedy and this what greedy people get. We all knew this marriage was not going to last!
She actually added a few jobs with her Pampered By Porsha Line and Go Naked Hair Line. She is a brand ambassador for Meaningful Beauty and Amazon. All allow her more flexibility.

People over glorify weddings and love the social media validation and exposure it brings. It’s truly sad because humans are so easily influenced and think this behavior is normal. I have no desire to dress up and get money thrown on me like somebodies fool just to file for divorce less then 5 years into the marriage. I do not watch nor support these people on any platforms. I do wish them peace and clarity amid the lessons they’ll learn through separation. It’s as if they didn’t know each other at all. Morals and values just feel very surface level here.
Doubt either party will learn anything more than what to do better next time to one up their future ex-partners. This is what they do.

Funmi there is more info on the court documents coz Porsha I actually losing in court. Simon has filed documents to stop Porsha filming in house and subpoena documents in her rhoa contract therefore making it hard 4 her to film. Simon is actually seeming better in court.

Nannies are not 24/7 slaves.. They work specific hours unless pre arranged if they have to spend the night if it's not a Live In Nanny. Apparently she is not. There obviously was an arrangement that she would be there in the day, and Porsha as Simon's wife would be there after Nanny's shift.. If Porsha said she was coming back and didn't she was wrong. She could have and should've called Nanny to let her know that she wouldn't be back, so the Nanny had a chance to take care of her business as Simon was out of country and Porsha had been at home. If she married him, she has his kids in her care too and the responsible thing was to make sure that they were good and had supervision and not assume the Nanny would stay over..
I refuse to believe Porsha was or is that crass. It seems insensitive that she left without explaining to the children. She probably said something, but the nanny is paid by and perhap follow his lead. The foundation seemed dilapiidated from the beginning, so it kept crumbling. No matter what you say or do people will be negative; her family is just as important as his. Wishing both can move on and find peace, joy, happiness, and love.

The nanny should have called child protective services on BOTH of them. She may not have been the parent but she was the step parent and that is child neglect plain and simple. The nanny is an employee not a parent.
The nanny is not a 24/7 days a week worker.. Porshia had a responsibility as the wife to make sure the Nanny could stay or that the kids were good since she wasn't coming back.
The poor nanny is desperate for money, so he is using the nanny. The nanny is lying for Simon.
There is a police report.. A nanny that is not a live in nanny and on the clock 24/7. They have lives too. If she was expecting Porsha to come back that evening to watch the kids, then Porsha should have and not assumed or be so cold that the nanny will figure it out. Her schedule had to be changed to make sure the kids had adult supervision while Porsha strategizing how to claim and take over the house. It was irresponsible for Porshia to bail without confirming to nanny she wasn't coming back..
