I've been binge watching your videos and have picked up some items from Amazon to try! I consider myself the queen of meal prep, batch cooking and freezer meals. Due to recent knee injury I hit my reserve pretty hard to still feed my family while I was down. I can't wait to get back in the kitchen and recreate what you've accomplished here. That will be no small accomplishment as I'm watching from Mobile, Alabama. AMAZON is my friend and I'm visiting a local African Market to see what goodies I can find.
Anyways, I rarely comment on these but wanted you to know how much you help women to take care of their families and for me to also enjoy the process, enjoy the food and enjoy my family. i would love to do this! i just don’t have the knowledge of many recipes, I wasn’t taught any and I cannot for the life of me come up with recipes! I also don’t know how to store large quantities like this without sacrificing quality. oh, and buying groceries for all these meals would be expensive for us! how do you do it??? if I knew how to cook like this I’d do the same thing for my husband!!
