My doll's fine whenever I accidentally touch her eyes and she hardly reacts because of Congenital insensitivity to pain.

Ahh I always love your dolls and humor!! You probably wont get back to be but Im wondering if you ever plan on expanding the posibility of the knees? A lot of vinyl dolls seem to lack in the knee department but i feel like you could totally pull it off in a sleek design! Double jointed knees and thighs would be an amazing~

There's a GAIA Smart Doll at the Smart Doll store now but there is no mention of the material. I'm guessing it's vinyl because it's the same price as all the others. There is a page on the Smart Doll site about cortex and a tentative release plan - info.smartdoll.jp/en/posts/smart-doll-cortex.

Informative and funny video, and wow are the dolls cute as frak! I’ve been visiting the SD site and reading up on all the info. I’m aiming to get one, sometime, but part of my not having already ordered her is that choosing just one is tooooo hard! They’re all so desirable!
Thanks for the video Danny. I watched other videos of yours where you dressed the girls before I bought my first girl - Journey. Which removed the stress of taking out arms and feet. And with the wig, I had her head on, but I just put her wig on the way I put wigs on my own head. But not everyone is used to doing that. Please keep making videos - makes us feel like one big family.
Journey is probably my DREAM Smart Doll. But, I mean, every Smart Doll is my dream doll! 😂😂

MaXx 999 the quality of a Smart Doll FAR EXCEEDS any other of its kind. The production is pricey, if you really crunch the numbers it is a bargain. You may want to invest in a cortex doll which is more affordable. I hope, one day, you can get one. You’ll love her, or him. 💖
Still cheaper than many other vinyl dolls and I have to say the quality is simply insane, same with customer service. I think it's well worth it, especially with the Cortex going to be cheaper. Definitely worth saving up for. I don't even like anime dolls yet these dolls completley stole my heart. I always wanted a BJD but once I got one I have to say I was disappointed when comparing it to a Smart Doll because SmD's are such a better quality, lighter and more sturdy, and way more "playable" with. they're more like companions than just a pretty thing to put on your shelf which I think is important. Hope you get one in the future!

I think that putting the wig on for people that are not comfortable doing it themselves is a great idea and you should definitely do it
One time I took of the head and I pulled from the neck and it flew across the room behind my shelves and I started screaming “MIRAI I AM SO SORRY!!! ARE YOU OK?! MIRAI IM SO SORRY!! And I picked up her head and started inspecting for scuffs or dent there was a little smudge but I cleaned it off. IVE NEVER BEEN SO SCARED IN MY LIFE.

I know that Smart Doll's knees only bend at 90 degree angle because knees that bend any further look ugly and I agree. But have you tried makig the knee joint working kind of like the elbow joint, by being able to give it more mobility from pulling it down? I think it would be neat and make it easier to pose the dolls as well as pack them up.
Danny, do you know how much cortex will be?
Probably half the price of the original doll. The original price would be $700+ and the cortex might be about $350 to $400. I might be wrong about the cortex price but it shouldn't be that expensive because it's plastic.

Great video. The only thing I would have added would be a demonstration of the extent of the cortex head's movements when they're on a cortex bust. (Like how far they can look up, or tilt their heads to the side, etc.)
