I like the idea of no slide out kitchens / fridge outside & also cooktop & main fridge inside & dual axle 😎
Hey Jock, as you know finding protection from the wind while cooking is much easier with the recessed outdoor kitchen. The dual axle is a huge bonus too, offering much more stability on road spreading that load out. The expo really is the perfect compromise!
This is the exact opposite of what off-road travellers want which is overwhelmingly outside cooking with say an inside option of a portable induction cooktop for bad weather. Most people do not want to cook inside unless they absolutely have to.

I have to also add how well presented this video was. One thing that has had us still looking is the few times we may want to take the grandkids away but not have to sacrifice space for permanent bunks. This looks like a great option. Would like to know how easy/hard it is to get in and out of the queen bed
Thanks for the feedback! It's very easy, you can see around the 8:47 mark there is a step which enables easy access to the bed up front.

Great van. Only downfall I can see is making the double bed both sides are hard up against the walls.

How does the ball weight look between tare and fully loaded?
Also, being from Southern Australia, and often out in frosty conditions, what's the insulation in the poptop fabric like?
Hey Darren, ball weight tare is around 180kg. Loaded will differ depending on the individual and their distribution of the weight/gear.
The pop top is made from canvas.
