I use a small inflatable bladder to hold doors in place when I install the hinge pins. The bladder inflates just like a blood pressure cuff. I also use it to raise my motorcycle wheel into place when fitting the axle. Available at most hardware and home improvement stores.

Awesome, and really helped me to know hiw to get to the forks. I loved another vid which showed how to take those off without tearing the whole front off. And that you used a jack stand to help hold up the bike, which I did not know if I could do due to all tbe plastic!! Thanks buddy!! My front fork is leaking, so I have to remove them. Bug since I font have a,seal press I'll have to take them in:( oh well. I save a ton of money by doing most work myself. :) hHope u guys are doing great!;) cheers! Oh, do u have a vid on taking back tire off? That needs a new tire first! Darn!

So I need to replace or lube the speed sensor seen in your video. My bike speedometer stopped working and engine light came on. Chat forums are pointing at the speed sensor.

Hello! Love watching your videos! My husband and I both have just purchased two Burgman 650 Executives. Can you please advise where to purchase the double ball Ram mount for the brake reservoir? Thanks so much!

When I purchased the scooter the previous owner had already bought them the brand is MCL and they make aftermarket covers for the brake reservoirs that allow for the ram ball mounts. Hope this helps. Thanks again for watching 👍🏻🇺🇸

I have 06 Majesty. What brand of storage truck does she have? Bracket? What do you recommend? Thanks

The top case that she has is a GIVI and it works 👍🏻

Also, I can't find anyone willing to work on my 07 majesty. Any recommendations? I'm in the Montgomery Alabama Area. I was going to call yamaha dealers in the state but the one local won't work on anything older than 10 years old.

Hey Larry. Got a Q. My majesty 400 needed a new tire and brake pads like yours. I got the tire done( pro not me) and i replaced the pads. But they grind a little when i put them on. Once finished i pumped the brake leaver so the it was back to normal. Wirh the bit if braje grind, does that mean I need to refurbish my caliper? Maybe the pistons are sticking and not releasing as they should? I also put the speed sensor back on and into the slot, but does it matter what side of the notches you place it into the hub? I placed thd soeeder top plastic on the right side if the metal top notch on the rim. It should just work as the wheel turns? Just checking as no note of that is in the manual either. Cheers and thanks buddy!

I would start back at square one and remove the caliper with the wheel on. Sounds like you may have put them together wrong. You want to take those brake pads off and maybe compress the pistons backwards with the reservoir cap off to try to get them back to the open position. They may have got overextended, or popped out when you were trying to put them together but I’m just speculating as I can’t see what’s going on. Hope this helps. Good luck.👍🏻

What do u think about the shocks on the 400? The front ones feel rather rough. Some say put in a heavier oil and change out the back ones for Halgon shocks. Any thoughts? Have you ever found some leg wind blocks at all? They used to be available for both.

Not sure about the rear shocks but heavier oil may help a little on the front. My wife rides her bike and she doesn’t usually complain too much about the suspension.
