    This was very helpful thank you Simone I have been plagued by repetitive thoughts of my assignment all week and my room feels brighter now than it has all day working.

    Great video! I am planning on using this exercise in an upcoming video as more of a teaching than a guide. This is an excellent model of how to do this exercise.
