    Seems like the combination of body mechanics and relaxation would help you from getting tired during combat. Cool.

    It's all the real deal here, applicable in actual street combat. In a street fight there's no stance, there's no rules, there's only emerging from the fight victorious. Naturally you would and should be in a relaxed state, like casually walking, posing as little threat as can be. Thank you, Kaz-san for sharing this with us! 🙏

      You are dumb-that is not the function of a ninja in the first place. They are covert assassins that don't engage in open fighting like "karate".
      You need to change your request to " I want to see two ufc fighters walk from one end of a dark, pitch black warehouse, mall or school, and see if they make it out the other side, in the dead of night."
      Get it now? A ninja is NOT A MARTIAL ARTIST. A ninja is an ASSASSIN.

    My legs are so long compared to my upper torso that it is hard to hide the movement of my legs but the upside is that my legs are so long that people have to re-adjust to how I shift between zones as the distance covered in a single step is larger and thereby it makes for unconventional movement that surprises people that are unfamiliar with my proportions.

    That's fun, but don't think it will work with the sword as described.
    Looking from the perspective of a European longsword.
    The cuts shown are unrealistic, IMHO, there is no way to defend successfully from that distance using the parries shown, sorry.
    Indeed, hands alone cannot provide stable cuts or parries but they are much much faster than a body, albeit assisted by gravity.
    The body mechanic is interesting though and movement without triggering a response might be helpful. Will try it next training in sparring.
    Thank you for sharing.

      I had similar reaction. I assume content of this video should be judged as an excercise for the legs and hip relaxation on demand, and the sword part kinda looks like additional play to make the excercise more fun.

    • @TheNadOby
      @TheNadOby 4 месяца назад +1

      @akademiacybersowa I use a similar technique for voids using gravity to get lower faster but this gives just a small speedup and cannot be considered as a main drive.

      @werewolf74 4 месяца назад

      @@SAMURAIKAZARTS In martial arts, telegraphing is to signal a movement early unintentionally. So if I turn my hips and feet a certain way, you know I am about to kick. If you can reduce or hide this telegraphing it makes it much harder to react to. And oddly smooth, and even slow moments are often overlooked because in that moment the brain is not seeing that as a threat. It is the old sniper adage : Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. meaning a nice precise and intentional moment.
