Next level, which is an amazing thing to say based on what they've given us up to this point. Fami. Spectacular introduction, better than anything I imagined. The intro and outro were mesmerizing, a sound I've never heard from Lovebites before. Fami was an integral part of the solo run. Her bass lines are insanely fast and technical. Asami's voice is the best I've ever heard her. Haruna was all over her kit, playing at breakneck speed. Her cymbal work 🤩. One of, if not my favorite drummer. Midori is "The Shredded Shredder". She was extremely fast and tight. During hiatus, Miyako said she was working on getting faster. She closed the gap quite a bit on Midori, based on speed. It's an awesome return, an awesome choice of bassist, and are better than ever.
Insane how good Fami is already, and she's only 20. She's really going to push Lovebites to be even better. And to think she was on the verge of hanging it up. She also plays guitar, piano, sings, and composes. Imagine how good she will be in another 5 years after being with Lovebites, good Lord. Her and Haruna are so tight as a rhythm section now. Can't wait to see them perform. I hope they come to the states. I haven't been this excited about new music or a band in decades. Since I started checking out these female Japanese bands. about a year ago, 3 bands in particular. Lovebites, Band Maid and Nemophila. I'm back to enjoying music again.
They have all levelled up. Midori has started doing body fitness competitions and is ripped now. Asami's vocals are better than ever. Miyako has increased her speed and precision. And Fami adds so much with her amazing skill that she has freed up Haruna to go off even more. Great, great song. There is more to come from this band, so everyone hop on board if you haven't already.
When you hear the song several times, Fami's bass lines are awesome. She changes the patterns for the different guitar solos. The bass is 'high' in the mix so it will be interesting to find out in February, if all the songs have the bass mixed up to the same point. Great to see the Lovebites lady's back with their relentless style of song writing. For me I love their elegant look and glad they have kept it. I hope they will never adopt the standard rock chick look.
Thanks for doing this one guy's. I'm sure there was no arm twisting to it. LOL I think they all stepped it up a notch. Haruna back there blazing away on those drum's to another level as well as Asami. I think she increased her vocal range . of course M&M are always practicing. Fami's bass was coming through louder than usual. I don't know if that 's a one off thing or a permanent thing from here forward. Either way, This will be hard to beat but I recon they'll do it.Really good stuff. Thanks again. 🤘✌

The song gets better each time I hear it. Trying to listen to this is hard though with the Nemophila album on constant play but yes WOW. Lovebites killed it didnt they. Japan is the holy grail of metal resistance right now.

If I'm not mistaken she place 6th out of I don't know how many but it's easy to see she working hard at it.
